I met him back in 2014 so won't be meeting him this year. Like Doctor Who GOT is a show filmed in the UK. When I started we kept getting the comments about Doctor Who, then Star Wars when a few new guests were discovered and now it's GOT. Guests for a show or a movie who has largely been filmed in the UK are easier to obtain than let's say for X Files where the show is filmed in Vancouver, and there won't be as much travel costs as for an overseas based guest either. SM will not tell Robert Downey jr. or Chris Pine "no" if they become available because there's a number of GOT/Star Wars/Doctor Who guests already at the show. If you don't like guests or don't care about them because you already met them there's always the option to just ignore the announcement and think "hey, the next one will be for me." If you choose to make posts like the ones that are gone, yes, they will be gone. Posts like the hidden ones are quite a bit impolite. We do have guests coming on here and yes, it has happened that a guest has pulled out after reading such posts. GOT is popular, always gets a lot of requests and attendees keep missing guests because they can't make a show. There's repeat guests you would be over the moon to see too. EDITED TO ADD: And can we please stop this discussion about "too many guests" now, no matter what opinion you have? Thank you.
