You do need a hand stamp.

If it was not done it was a misunderstanding, possibly the crew member thought the person leaving wasn't coming back.

Ah right. Thought we were misinformed last year. Thanks for clarifying, QS.

Can you explain why we need a hand stamp when we leave if we want to come back when we have wristbands?

Double protection. Some people have made a sport out of trying to get out of their wristbands and give them to other people.

Each year the mods remove at least three topics with "recommendations" about how to do it.

Is it possible to message you in private QS?

Sorry. I wasn’t aware of this but can see the reasoning behind it.

I didn’t exit the building during the days of the last 2 LFCCs.

What are the guest talks like? Is it like a Q&A? Do any of the guests release exclusive clips/news of their upcoming work?

Generally it's structured as a q&a, the talks ive been to have had a compere start things off and then it's opened up to questions from the crowd. :) my fave talk of last year was Alan Tudyk and his 'bag of crap' where for each person who asked him something, he'd pull sonething out of his bag, sign it, and pass it out. Some folks were very lucky and got packs of q-tips or an old newspaper signed, others got less exciting things like a dvd boxset or his backstage pass for SDCC the previous week ;)

That is pretty rare :P

They don't show clips or anything as the talks aren't promo's for upcoming projects.  If you want to ask a question it's best not to waste one on upcoming projects that may be spoilery as they won't answer it.  It doesn't mean you can't ask about upcoming work but the question has to have a factor they can talk about.  So if you want to ask what it was like filming in a location ect, that's ok but anything that may require them to reveal info about what may happen isn't going to be answered.

Don't ask for hugs ;) and try to be concise if you want to try and ask something.

@Raylenth Ok thanks, it’s not going to be a problem for me anyway because I won’t ask any questions or ask for a hug because I will be too nervous!

I just wanted to add it as unfortunately some people do

One of many. It's kind of a thing in this forum (or is it the whole Internet) that every time you mention Mr. Baggypants Cuddlespam you have to fudge his name.

It's the whole internet.  It's like a law now, you may not ever use his real name, any variation is acceptable and has been proved that people still know who you are talking about.

That's clearly a picture of another forum member, who shall remain (wrong)name less.

Also, not every variation of BCs name is acceptable - I have a few which would get me banned for using.

I had noticed a slight resemblance but it is a coincidence, it was the best picture I could find, otherwise I would have used a picture of a lady ;)

And yes, I have already protested a couple recently that certain people who will remain nameless used :whistling:
