Namine
A bag itself thats spacy enough for whatever i'd buy. My paper tickets. A folder for photographs. Books to be signed (not sure if its a good idea though to be lugging books around, maybe photographs would be just enough?) Water Something to chew Make-up bag I wonder how much cash is safe to carry around. You can always buy vouchers at the con via debit/credit card, so you don't have to worry about taking tons of money and worry about people stealing it whilst you're at the con. Raylenth
I've never had a problem and at Sherlocked I had a good few hundred pounds on me but I kept my bag between my body and the massive art carry case I carried over my shoulder as well so it would have been hard for anyone to get at. I'd say as long as you are very careful and keep an eye out you would be fine but yeas you can buy the vouchers from the sales desk if you don't want to carry too much cash. Stenun
I have a rigid plastic folder, about 1cm deep, that I take in my rucksack for autographs and photoshoots. In the other pocket of my rucksack I'll have some consumables - drinks, maybe sandwiches, etc. Then I'll have my camera, a spare battery for my camera, some fun props for people to maybe pose with if they agree and, of course ... The Hat! I'll also, on the first day, have two days worth of clean clothes as I'm coming up from Brighton to the con in the morning and then going straight from the Con to a Travelodge in the evening. dogsoldierspoon
Trolley filled with books to get signed at YALC. There'll also be food and drinks in there and clothes for sunday. I already appologise in advance for everyone that might (get) hit (by) the trolley.

LadyCrane
My friend will carry my autographs/photos every time, as she has the better portable folder. I'll take: - bag (rucksack or GoT-bag, haven't decided yet) - 2-3 books for some YALC authors to sign - cereal bars - a bottle of water + a bottle of coke (for the sugar rush) - money (obviously) - paper tissues - 2-3 shirts - pain killers (no headache please!) RomeroSavini
UMBRELLA! if you are in line it has two uses. Stops you burning to death in line under the boiling summer heat (like most people have the last few years). Why look like a tomatoe for your photoshoots. You can also use it for rain ;-)

Faerie Tanith
Front left pocket: Phone Front right pocket: Wallet Back right pocket: Keys back left pocket: Mirror so that you can check you still look like your face. Bad move, publicly advertising which valuables will be in which pockets. Better surprise any potential wrong'uns and switch them all around. Genuinely. I do, actually. I never use my back pockets for anything, but one day decided to put my phone in my back pocket instead of in my front right pocket (never go front left-- that's for lip balm tubs). I then forgot about it and spent the next two and a half hours losing my mind because I couldn't find my phone.

That's just outright wrong.

tompain100
I never said it was smart. Heck, I won't even have pockets at LFCC. I fancy my chances with my stuff in my pockets rather than a bag. Anyone who can manage to squeeze their hands in my pockets (considering my thighs completely fill a pair of jeans) and take my stuff without me noticing can keep it!
