I only want to meet Robert Englund and maybe Michael Carter and I was expecting some big guest announcements or some I was interested in but I was very disappointed. The only one happy in our family at present is my husband who cant wait to drool over erika eleniak(cake scene in under seige is one of his all time favourites). Luckily a trip to MK isn't too expensive for me but with the line-up lacking in guests from other shows I'm a fan of, I'm not sure C8 is going to be as thrilling as my previous cons. And they are the rarest of the Red Dwarf cast ! I want to meet Erica Eleniak just to thank her , and Leslie Grantham is a soap legend, regardless of what else he has got up to ! Moderators DavidB Posted August 6, 2005 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2005 I've been slacking in my Buffy/Angel autograph collecting due to crewing and lack of money, so I need to get Nic Brendon's, and I've never met Julie or Andy so I'll be getting them too. As for the rest, it's a good variety I think, albeit not as strong guests as previous shows - better to see some different faces than the usual HP/LOTR and more recently Star Wars franchises. Just like I was more disappointed with shows that were heavily represented by those movies, I can understand why their fans will now be unhappy with this lineup! It happens unfortunately.
