Where did you get that from? I was merely giving my own opinion. sorry if I offended you by saying that. Most people know where Manchester / London are, but Milton Keynes often gets forgotten. I love it here as I've lived here 11 years.I long for people queing at ungodly hours, people begging for virtual tickets. I know people moan about the lotr days at collectormania, but I remember the huge queues and the wonderful atmosphere. when the likes of adam west was there, he sat looking bored stiff with no queue, and I thought he would have huge queue's. I love all the old reunion's, but a lot of the younger generation haven't even heard of the stars. recent, big films such as lotr, star wars, harry potter will always draw in good crowds. My daughter is 18 and confessed that she wouldnt be rushing to C10 as she hasnt heard of half of the line up. Im sure the shopping centre would prefer the place to be heaving with all those potential shoppers!! Sorry again for any offence caused!!!

I really thought that showmasters would pull all the stops out to make C10 the biggest and best yet! Some thing that everyone would talk about for ages, but so far not impressed with line up compared to g-mex etc. It is already becoming apparent that now there is collectormania g-mex, the big stars no longer want to come to milton keynes. Is this the beginning of the end for milton keynes? I hope not. Have attended all the collectormania's in mk with my family and we love the atmosphere and the chance to meet really famous stars!! Please showmasters, add a huge name and restore my faith!!!

c4 still the best. dont think i have seen the shopping centre busier!!! definately quieter than previous cm's.going again tomorrow.will see if its busier!!!

totally agree!!!! I hoped that even though g-mex has now been organised, milton keynes would not be left out, and eventually forgotten.I have a family and work sundays, so we would be unable to attend g-mex. we love the atmosphere at the shopping centre and love being able to meet the stars from our favourite trilogy. fingers also crossed!!!!

silver and gold pens stand out better.Our hobbit picture was signed by 3 stars in silver , dom was awkward and signed in black and it makes a difference to the whole picture.craig parker had his own pens including a really nice gold pen which he used as we had bought in a special picture to be signed. elijah wood had a selection of pens as well. I wouldn't take my own as knowing my luck it would leak everywhere.

No one has EVER blown up Milton Keynes!! (as far as I'm aware.... and you think I'd know... as I live there!). 847213[/snapback] would think that mk is a much safer place than a city(manchester).I expect a lot of people in the world have no idea where mk is, so unlikely to bomb it. A lot of people is this country don't know where mk is,and if they do they think mk consists of only concrete cows.I have lived here for 10 years and feel quite safe, so I think the stars should feel safe too.

Phew. Got the caps lock key jammed a bit there - sorry lads I'm sorry, but this is a pretty selfish viewpoint. I understand that you would like a more diverse line up, (Lord knows C8 already has one), and that you would like to see guests associated with franchises you like, (as would everyone), but it is a bit unfair to say "we've had enough LotR guests". There are evidently a lot of LotR fans on these boards, who still would love to meet actors from their favourite franchise also, I'm sure there is enough room for everyone. thankyou strider for you pro lotr comments! there will always be lotr fans. My husband and I are 33 and were thrilled when lotr was made into the films, and generations to come will be be fans of the films and the original book.the lotr trilogy is my 8 year old daughters favourite film and can't wait telling her friends what lotr stars she has met!! how many 8 yr olds can say they have met elijah wood???? It is always great to see anyone at these events but we can't help in having our favourites.

TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN SOME OF THE BIGGEST QUEUES WERE FOR LOTR AND HARRY POTTER STARS. I REMEMBER HOW MAD IT WAS WHEN ELIJAH WOOD CAME!! PERHAPS THERE WILL BE HARRY POTTER STARS ADDED WITH THE NEXT INSTALLMENT OF HARRY POTTER OUT IN CINEMAS IN NOVEMBER. BUT I WILL KEEP BEGGING FOR LOTR STARS, BOOM GONE OR NOT!!!!!! I hope there are more guests to be added, a bit disappointed to say the least with the line-up.I had already booked time off work but at present hardly seems worth it. The only one happy in our family at present is my husband who cant wait to drool over erika eleniak(cake scene in under seige is one of his all time favourites). Missed from collectormania!!!! Would be great to see him again!! He was so nice to my shy daughter trying to get her to talk to him and going into character, would be nice to see if she will talk to him this time- so please get him back!!

cant see any chance of Mr jackson coming to c8, but would be great especially as it would a good way of promoting his latest piece of work- remake of king kong ( with Jack Black). Saw trailer recently and you can tell its a peter jackson film!!!!Though LOTR will always be his best creation!
