Psychosis
I'm so happy to see 100% positivity now after there was such a negative air beforehand! I can't WAIT for E3! I would happily do it all over again with the same guests, haha. Also, thanks for the lighting in the talks. I dunno if it's different than last time but my photos came out really well with no flash (for the camera I have). Proper stage lighting, yipee! kneon light
Had a awesome time didn't feel like a con to me just one big party with WAY to much booze (sorry if I was annoying drunk haha). Adair she and Noah are like two peas in a pod and she has one hell of a voice on her and she is very cultured whats great to see in such a young person. Alan and Stephen were amazing and they were pure comedy and kept me entertained every second. James was so cool with the sunglasses and was very funny guy. Last but not least Dania what a lovely smart funny hot guest I could stare at her beauty for hours and her asking for a photo with me and Nik was amazing and I got a hug and a ALEJANDRO!!!! What was AMAZING. Oh and roulette is amazing but don't put all your money on black because someone tells you to never a good idea . Ah!! I know who you are now! That was hilarious when Dania got her camera out to take a photo of you two. Agree with the concensus on here. Have been doing cons for 7 years now and for me that was by far the best one yet Thankyou so much showmasters.
Agent Bristow
A big thank you to SM and all the crew, you did a terrific job. I really enjoyed myself. I chatted to some really nice crew members and attendees, the event seemed really relaxed and everyone seemed to have a brilliant time including the guests. The guests were all really great, I don't think I could pick a favorite. I loved the parties especially the casino night and the Mr Muggles cocktails were awesome
CosmicAvatar
Well, I'd been looking forward to it in any case, but that exceeded my wildest expectations. I had an AMAZING time. The parties were great fun (the casino night decorations were magnificent), the talks and quiz show were great fun, I got all the autographs I wanted and even liked my photos! I loved, loved, LOVED the guests - they were awesome and it was great to see some of them mingling with us at parties (and not getting mobbed, which was also a relief). Adair was amazingly self-possessed and articulate, just like Noah (plus a great sport on the karaoke and sumo wrestling); Dania was gorgeous, had the most amazing shoes and came to every party; James did lots of witty asides and visual gags; Alan was wonderful to talk to at the cocktail party (I could barely tear myself away!) and Stephen is a master storyteller - his final anecdote had us literally weeping with laughter. They were a smashing line-up. Thank you to Showmasters for putting on such an entertaining schedule, and to the crew, who did their usual excellent work (an extra shout-out to those who were at the cocktail party as they did a great job keeping everyone circulating and ensuring that we met all the guests). Needless to say, I signed up for Eclipse 3 first thing on Sunday morning! THANK YOU!

I spoke to so many people and saw loads off friends from previous signings and cons and made more so it was a good weekend .

Actually not sure if we spoke or not - possibly briefly - although everything is a bit of a blur!!! I recognized you from a previous con and I'm pretty sure Mary introduced us at some point. I was the blonde guy that was hanging out with Mary, Cat and Miriam.
Wyn
Also, thanks for the lighting in the talks. I dunno if it's different than last time but my photos came out really well with no flash (for the camera I have). Proper stage lighting, yipee! yes totally agree my camera has an awesome zoom but really struggled in the lighting of e1 this time taking pics was easy and hardly any blurred they were better with the flash off and so i just took them like that
Miss_G
Must have been fate (or unlucky 13) as I only got in because someone didnt show up. After that Stephen kept saying hi and chatting to me when he saw me which was great! :) That was me - LOL. I was on the phone. But I'm sure you did better than I would have anyway. All in all, a great weekend. I had some good long chats with the guests. Definately the best con yet. I'd love to go to Eclipse 3 but waiting to see if my budget allows it! ARATZAT
FANTASTIC weekend Thank yet again for a good con. Adair was an amazing girl always smiliing and chatting to ppl. She came up to us Sat to ask for a pic of us as we were wearing 'bridesmaid' dresses with 27 dresses sign, and why we were wearing the dress we were. She chatted to us for a bit too with her aunt then her mom. Was the one the last to go to bed this morning, after chatting to jason for a bit. THANK YOU soooooo much for a great weekend Taz
bonniesrg
I had a fatastic time, but I already knew I'd enjoy it beforehand. It was much more scheduled this time, but I was surprised that the shoots were only on one day as I would think people would only buy multiple shoots on differeny days [like myslef last year] as you don't want an extra picture with the actor wearing the same outfit.....O.K. So I would wityh a certain actor, but not everyones obsessive like me. I enjoyed the parties much more this year, as there was more to do then dance [which I hate.hehe] and I even learned how to play roulette [though I didn't actually play myself]. All the guests and crew were amazing and even the hotel staff were helpful [i asked the guy wotking the evening shift at the bar if he could change the tv to BBC2 for the Heroes episode and said I would come back closer to the time to let him know when to change it. He went one better and when I returned for the episode he'd actually set the channel change over for it ]
Stevie79
The parties were alot more enjoyable at Eclipse 2 too, due to the guests were able to mingle and not get swamped for photos.

acdfolk
This was ten times more fun than last time, which is really saying something since last time was AWESOME. I really can't say enough about the guests--I managed to have at least a bit of a talk with all of them this time, and more with others (especially Stephen and Dania). There's really too much to talk about there, and have I mentioned how much I enjoy being a SArmy member?? Especially having the name badge Tracy made--being a member was a good conversation-starter. And on that topic, how awesome was the rest of the SArmy themselves?? Unspeakably, that's how awesome. Here's hoping my parents will send me to E3 for my birthday (on May 1st)--unlikely, but I can always hope. Reverend
I thought the convention, as a whole, was much better than last time. It was more organised, the events were better, and the guests were wonderful, and we had so many opportunities to meet them. I didn't like the parties as mch (but that was mostly due to the company I kept) except sunday night, which was just amazing. And just incase anyone was wondering, I was the one with the custom Sylar badge. (The one petitioning for his new Season 4 outfit to be a pink thong) Yeah, weird, I know. babygurl1853
I loved it so much, just as much as E1. Everything run smoothly as far as I could tell, and the waiting around on the Sunday morning for the one autograph wasnt too bad, as it meant I had time to sit around with my friends and just talk and joke around. I wasn't looking forward to a lot of the guests, but I remembered how at E1 I ended up loving the guest I was the least interested in and embraced it! Will attend E3 but have no money for the ticket at the moment, and don't have 180 lying around for the hotel.

Everyone was so friendly, and I loved each single second of it I cannot wait until May..the only downside is that I have to wait until May to see some of you guys again
Moderators DavidB Posted November 21, 2008 Moderators Share Posted November 21, 2008 I think I'm the same too. I mean I don't think anything can match the manic OMG WE ALL LOVE HEROES WEEEE-ness of E1. It wasn't the same on that level this time. But it was so much better on a social level, for me anyway. I thought you were all awesome
