Well, personally it's all about the money--being from the states and in college, E1 and E2 were kind of really odd choices for me, but I enjoyed both of them immensely and Eclipse was also a way to reconnect with friends. But now, since I used a fairly large backlog of savings for both of the previous ones and am saving up more seriously now, I can't even hope to attend even though I want to.

Aaaand um, do you have a print-quality version of mine stashed somewhere still? I tried to put my original one somewhere super-special so that I'd have it forever and ever, which, uh, apparently resulted in it getting left behind somewhere...

I seem to recall the forest of alcohol magically sprouting a few minutes after Tracy and I entered our room, and that was just ours. Therefore, it's probably safe to assume you will not see a SArmy member being good the entire weekend.

That certainly sounds plausible. It may sound plausible, but I think first we should experiment to prove it as a theory. Perhaps with repeated tests we may be able to establish it as fact.

... Man, I miss hanging out with you guys.

Indeed--on one hand I'm intrigued as to how they turned out, but on the other I'm pretty sure they look like any other photo of a bunch of SArmy members posing for the camera. =)

Haha, thanks for the advice, and while I appreciate the kidnapping offer, I think I need to wait a bit to see for sure first... I am suddenly feeling more hopeful about my chances, for no good reason.

=( I've been dropping hints to my dad in the hope that maybe my parents will help me go--you know, stuff like "Man, I had so much fun! It's too bad I can't go to the next one, especially since it's on my birthday!" Subtle like a hammer, Lex, subtle like a hammer.

I think it was the opening credits to Batman: the Dark Night. I was wondering the same thing for a while.

This was ten times more fun than last time, which is really saying something since last time was AWESOME. I really can't say enough about the guests--I managed to have at least a bit of a talk with all of them this time, and more with others (especially Stephen and Dania). There's really too much to talk about there, and have I mentioned how much I enjoy being a SArmy member?? Especially having the name badge Tracy made--being a member was a good conversation-starter. And on that topic, how awesome was the rest of the SArmy themselves?? Unspeakably, that's how awesome. Here's hoping my parents will send me to E3 for my birthday (on May 1st)--unlikely, but I can always hope.

Let alone the weekend itself (the SArmy knows how to party!), on the flight back I had to read a whole bunch of scholarly papers for school and they kept almost putting me to sleep. D=

Oooh, nice photos guys. =D I have a ton too, but I have to wait until my dad gets back with the camera chord so I can get them on my computer, and also I have to scan my photoshoots. Soon, though. >D

I was one of the four people in Dania's Sunday encounter--the only other woman there! XD I was kind of stressed out the whole time because there were all these autographs I still had to get and I was late to get everything out of my hotel room, but it was still nice--I think I new before that she was a Heroes fan before she was on the show, but it was nice to hear straight from her that she had many of the same thoughts about the show as the rest of us. I was also at Stephen's, and that was a hoot. XD It was nice to have that tea and brownie, too--I didn't have the chance to have breakfast that morning. And, um, I won Alan's and probably would have been able to go to Jame's too, but a.) I didn't notice that Alan and Stephen's were at the same time and b.) I wouldn't have been able to get my autographs! D= I was a ton of fun, though. =)
