I had a neurologist who mas a Mr, so I thought he'd be good. He was rubbish. Every appointment he was like "so what do you think we should do next?" You tell me mate, you're the one getting paid enough to afford that suit.

Still better than Peter Capaldi as THE Doctor though.

Unless it's PhD/academia, then I think you become a Reader and then Professor. Reader Who sounds weird though ;)
