I'm more interested in these guests work in videogames, although a number of them have had roles in shows such as Star Trek and Buffy so could make them more appealing to other people... JacknDaniel
Agreed. I love meeting voice actors, and i'm a big admirer of most of them(not so interested in Anime ones, people from Dragonball Z or Naruto or things like that) but people like Frank Welker, Peter Cullen, Maurice La Marche, Rob Paulsen, David Hayter, Jim Cummings, John DiMaggio, Cam Clarke and mainstream v/a's like that would interest me a lot
lukeowl
Clone Wars voice actors seem very active at events in the US, yet, to my knowledge, have been vastly under-represented at UK events. Tom Kane would be a real treat in this respect! What about the classic voice actors like Frank Oz (I know he gets asked for time and again from a Star Wars perspective, but what about his Muppet work?). And what about the voice of Big Bird/Oscar the Grouch - Caroll Spinney? Anyone from Toy Story films & other classic Disney. Spongebob voice actors. He Man voice actors would also be ace
stevie_g
Steve Blum for sure, and David DeLouise, who was also in Megas XLR. Frank Welker and Peter Cullen are a must too. and Kevin Conroy, still the best batman ever

Dent_1
How can nobody have mentioned one of the most significant animated shows with some of the most recognisable voice acting in the industry?!? I think any of these guests from The Simpsons would prove very popular and I'd LOVE to meet them: Main Cast: Dan Castellaneta Julie Kavner Nancy Cartwright Yeardley Smith Hank Azaria Harry Shearer The supporting cast wouldn't be bad either: Pamela Hayden Tress MacNeille Marcia Wallace Maggie Roswell Russi Taylor Then we have the awesome Regular Special Guest voices: Joe Mantegna (Godfather appeal) Albert Brooks Jon Lovitz Kelsey Grammer (X-Men/Frasier appeal)
JacknDaniel
Probably because those guests are obviously ones who the majority would want to meet so there's not too much point in mentioning them. Marcia Wallace was also at a previous Collectormania, lovely woman. Steve Blum for sure, and David DeLouise, who was also in Megas XLR. Frank Welker and Peter Cullen are a must too. and Kevin Conroy, still the best batman ever Not sure if you were already at it, but Steve Blum appeared at the first Collectormania London a year and a half ago. An incredibly friendly guy
Dent_1
Probably because those guests are obviously ones who the majority would want to meet so there's not too much point in mentioning them. By that rationale there is no real point in any of these "Who would you like to meet threads" is there? Just because Showmasters know we want to meet good guests doesn't mean they're not worth mentioning or discussing. If people on here generate a a half-decent amount of buzz about certain guests then I'm sure it would help persuade Showmasters, even just a little bit, to book them. Just assuming the organisers know of every guest we'd like to meet, when they may not have thought about (say The Simpsons cast) for a good while seems a bit hopeful. Unfortunately I missed Marcia Wallace when she was at Collectormania, but the fact she is the only Simpsons guest we've had shows maybe it's worth trying to put the idea back on the radar by mentioning it. Hey relax, I wasn't getting at you, just saying that SM have always said that there's no point in suggesting the obvious people, as they always work on them anyway. I would think Simpsons voice cast are extremely high on their list of Voice Actors. They do however like hearing about less well known actors that people are interested in. I'd much rather suggest people like Rob Paulsen and Cam Clarke, as although they're well known in the field, they're obviously not going to be suggested as much as the likes of Dan Castallaneta. Don't get me wrong though, obviously i'd love to meet both!
