No disrespect to the remaining 6 guests, but I'm starting to wonder if ET4 is worth the expense now, particularly since I'm also going to HW2 the following weekend. I guess you have to weigh up your reasons for going to this event - was it primarily for any particular guests that have cancelled, or are you happy to meet the replacements etc and see friends and whatever? We all have different priorities, and obviously if your main ones have gone now, it may be something you need to consider. But who knows who they'll get as replacements too .. Yeah - you do have to just grin and bear things sometimes - it's not always easy!!! I have had a tough year, and to be honest it's been even tougher for my 13 year old daughter (this is why I am bringing her to ET4 - it's our first one!!!) We're all in the same situation, so I think we're all determined to make the most of it. All the guests usually end up entertaining even if we're not too sure about them beforehand. And for me, it's a very rare opportunity to get everyone in the same place! I convined my mom to let me go to et6 perhaps but it means no 21st for me I have up my xmas and birthday for this one, haha but.. another season of nurse jackie is worth it. Just going alone and not knowing anyone at the con... >.< kind of sucks big time, it's not gonna be very enjoyable now The replacement better be a vampire at least >.< kellan or nikki! I had so looked fwd to meet him! I feared this might happened due to well reports of BD preps happening soon (in Oct) so I am very sad over this, but NOT blaming Showmasters or Peter for this.
