Hi everyone my friend will be driving us to ET8. Do we book our overnight parking with the hotel in advance? or do we just sort it out when we get there?

Nothing is official, but they'll either be £10 or £15 each, £20 possibly for Peter but I doubt it :)

Hi! When you register you get a convention pack that has 8x10 photo's of each guest that you can get signed if you want. There will be a dealers room open all weekend, they'll have more photo prints if you don't like the ones provided. That's what I normally do anyway. You can also buy clear plastic wallets to put your autographs in to keep them safe :) photo's aren't expensive, something like 4 for £10. You can get anything signed though! DVDs, movie companions, your Twilight books!

My step dad normally drives us, my friend has recently passed her test so she might be taking us, not sure yet though!

Yay, glad you got your room all sorted :) The photoshoots are definitely the best bit, nerve wracking as hell but worth it!

Like the others said, they have provided a discount food court, hot dogs, burgers, chips, things like that, at previous events, they've done it the last couple of years so I should think they will this time round. I'll probably be there at about 1pm ish, depending on traffic. I've been to all of them apart from the last one, ET7, couldn't get the time off work

I get nervous every single time I go to these things, so totally worth it though Yay can't wait! There'll be a disco, decorations, party entertainment (there have been bouncy castles, a band, that kind of thing in the past) the drinks are expensive, it's the Hilton so everything is expensive there! The day before the con, me and my friend normally do a shop, we get drink, food like pot noodles, cuppa soups, bits and bobs to nibble on throughout the day, saves money!

If you want a hug just hug them haha! That's basically what I do but if you want a pose or something, yeah just ask them I've never had the guts to ask for a pose! I've met Peter before but for some stupid reason I never got a photo with him, so happy I've got another chance.

I think all the payments are done manually so it depends how long really, as long as you keep your order confirmation email you'll be fine! :) keep an eye on your bank statement too for peace of mind. It's so much fun, you'll have a great time I haven't actually got mine yet but me and my friend will be going Silver too.
