I've said it before, but I'll say it again Julian Glover, what a legend, without prompts, commented on everyones projects and the series they were getting posters signed for, and was asking if they wanted character names. Long may he turn up on our screens and conventions4 points

She was in the far left corner upstairs today. Actually it's been a really good LFCC today and despite not many guests for me, you only need 1 or 2 to lift the spirits and have a good time, making it all worth while . I even saw @wjbleming but as on previous years was too nervous to say hello!4 points

My experience seems to echo everyone else's here. Agree with Mae that whatever that generator was, it was most unpleasant to queue alongside on Saturday morning to get your Diamond Pass(es). I only met Michael Sheen and he was great, and May Calamawy who was quiet but nice. As for photoshoot handling, any largeish photo shoot queue needs a volunteer who has at least one of these attributes: a) confidence b) loud c) tall d) decisive. Unfortunately the chap in the hat managing the Michael Sheen photoshoot (AM, area B) appeared to possess none of these qualities, but I wish him the best of luck next time - without volunteers we don't get a show, it's a thankless job like football referee. It's a learning experience for volunteers just like it is for customers visiting such an event for the first time.3 points

Not surprising since I think he was origionally Saturday only. Yes, I was lucky, but then again it was alot smaller queue. I think I may stick to Sunday's in future. I've gotten to that age where I'm kind of chilling out a little so Sunday works for me.3 points

Great to meet Michael today, what a smashing bloke. Admittedly I was Diamond Batch 1 so saw during the early part of the day, and he was happy to answer the odd question in a considered fashion and was not rushing people and neither were his team.3 points

so just pasting this link for any newcomers to be able to see when Doctor who related guests are announced obvious or otherwise, or just pop in to discuss who you want to see from the series, or even talk about any people you've got or wanna see added to said sets, i do my best with cross referencing names and have to toot my own horn a little been praised by several guests for the research i've put in to find them, even showmasters have had a look as some guests who didn't have doctor who listed later cunningly had it listed on their show posters3 points

Yes this was a quite event, it felt more like a Spring or Winter Show. and I only had 4 guests to meet (3 after a cancellation). With these shows I always find myself with two scenarios, Either Insanely busy or with so little to do on the verge of boredom. this one was the latter, and as per usual the only shoots I had where all after 4pm on Friday and 3pm on Saturday. So having to 5 Hours between autograph and Photo wasn't the best and weather really prevented leaving the event between. As for Guest attendance we should all remember that the Movie and TV industry has not long come out of a 6 mouth Strike that properly put a lot of shows and movies behind. meaning a lack of availability, It was Noticeable that there was no massive promo from the Movie Studios at this event. plus we are in the middle of the Euros which must impact both guest availability and Fan attendance. I will continue to go to SM London events as long as they have Guests that interest me, and if it comes to an end then I will take it as my time to retire from collecting.3 points

Still time to honor the 25th anniversary of 'The World is not enough'. we had Denise Richards this summer, who was lovely by the way! Agree with everything you've said. So happy to have met David - 23 years after meeting my first Angel cast member, I've finally met the whole of the main cast. David was quiet as expected, but when he saw the Angel puppet his face lit up and he said it was awesome. Thanks to everyone who spoke to me in the queue. It was funny hearing all David's f-bombs during his talk, in contrast to his seemingly quiet personality. Apparently he reads scripts and books from back to front! Corinne Clery was good fun and really seemed to be enjoying herself. All the guests were good that I met. It was strange seeing so much open space in the main hall, although yesterday was a lot busier from what I heard. They will need to get the entrance price right going forward. The event has obviously shrunk, but the price has gone up a lot compared with pre covid. I heard a group discussing "value for money". It's a difficult balance which is impacting on all types of entertainment. I hope they are a success going forward, I've had many great years visiting LFCC and hope for a good few more. They do need to find a way to get more guests though.3 points

This is it, really. I don't remember any previous events where they've CONSTANTLY reposted about existing guests. Sure every year they'll recap the big names but it's like every other day they're pushing David and Rupert. They know perfectly well that they're not getting anyone else big and this is our lot.3 points

Finally got round to actually buying my tickets. So far it's really just Rupert Grint.3 points

Had a nice chat with Michael about the Prodigal Son. He was very relaxed during the autograph signing and a real pleasure to meet. He also gave (in my opinion) the best celebrity hug for the photo2 points
