The forum doesn't allow uploads and I know the photo hosting sites I've used, none of them allow for anything other than pictures to be hosted, not xls files. I'm sure I read somewhere that they could post them out to you. For a small charge of £2 for P&P then yes, you can have photoshoots posted out to you. There will be forms to fill in (usually at the photo collection area and the org desk) so that your photo can be identified and sent to the right place. For a photo taken on your own camera at the table (which not all guests allow although most usually do) you don't need a photoshoot ticket.
