So I have my Goldpass, and I know you have priority etc, but what I like to know for the photo shoots, for example just now I bought Batch 3 photo shoot with Emily Kinney. So with a Gold Pass do you have to go now for example to that Round 3 of photo shoots or do you can go to any one one of the shoots on that day.Oh and cheers showmasters for opening another batch with Emily :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Wrong Name Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 The batches aren't separate shoots, they are the order that they will be called so there aren't hundreds of people trying to get in at the same time. They usually call for the gold pass people at the start of the shoot and you go in first, if you turn up when the shoot has already started then they slot you in near the front of the queue no matter what batch number you have. It's taken from the shop and explains everything that you get with the Gold Pass: There are many advantages to being a Gold Pass holder, which will make your visit to our events even more enjoyable! This gold pass includes: Entry to the show for all opening days. This will mean shorter queues at the entrance and early entry to the event. As you do not need virtual queuing tickets you will not need to queue from early in the morning to guarantee meeting your favourite guests. Talk Tickets Gold pass holders will get free seats at all standard free or paid for talks taking place during show open hours. (Exceptions will be for diamond package guest talks, any talks that are considered additional promotional/event activity or guests that we may have to exclude for film promotion purposes or other reasons. This could include sponsored talks or exclusive event content.) Priority seating will also be given to Gold Pass holders who will be able to enter the seating area before the main queue. (In situations where the talk is part of a Diamond Pass package you will be located behind the Diamond Pass holders.) Autograph Priority Gold Pass Holders will have the advantage of being ABLE TO JOIN THE BACK OF ANY REGULAR QUEUE WITHOUT HAVING A VIRTUAL QUEUING TICKET! This will cut down your overall waiting time incredibly, and allows a great deal more to be done over the weekend. Please be aware however, that for Diamond Pass Guests you may require a VQ ticket if that guest does an open signing session. You will be able to get 2 in-person autographs from the guests of your choice attending the show on the Friday or Sunday that are charging £10, these 2 autographs will be free. (Please note that Saturday only guests are not included) Please note: Autograph tickets are not included in the gold pass. These will need to be purchased separately (with the exception of your 2 free autographs detailed above) Photo Session Priority Gold Pass Holders will be given priority queuing at the photo sessions! This means you will either be called up first if you arrive at the beginning of the photo session, or will be able to join the back of a smaller queue if the photo session is being called up in batches. THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF GOLD PASSES AVAILABLE Your Gold Pass will be sent in the form of a personalised ticket that you will need to exchange on the day for your wristband. Wristbands MUST BE WORN FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW! If you purchase a gold pass you agree to wear the wristband as your proof of purchase. These Gold Passes are not available to dealers, only to the public. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. Gold Passes are not guest specific (refunds can not be offered if the guest line-up changes), are non refundable and non transferable. Gold Pass price does not include the cost of the autographs bought on the day. You can get a few dirty looks but to be honest, you've paid the extra to skip so ignore them! I had that on the Sunday with David Hasslehoff - Massive queues to have a photo with him in the KITT car, was at the same time as a DS9 crew group shot so ran over from that and the crew slotted me in close to the front. Takes a while to get used to it and it's mainly from those new to the system and not aware of all the benefits the pass provides, but if they were as 'crazy' as we are... they'd have bought the pass too. You are not skipping the queue, that would be jumping to the front with a standard photoshoot ticket, the gold pass gives your queue priority, so you get to go in first or join near the front of the queue. I think some people perhaps just get a little jealous if they haven't been able to afford a gold ticket or don't realise that you have in fact paid for priority access and maybe they do think you are skipping the queue. I have only gone gold on occasion, but still considering it may be worthwhile for this Summer bearing in mind everything going on. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In previous years it was mentioned in the shop that there were only 150 gold passes available .
