What I will complain about is how they managed the VQ system. When I got to his table at 9am, they were not using VQ tickets despite him being very busy on the Friday. A red-tshirt crew member said "not at this time". Of course a long queue formed soon after and a VQ system was put in place. I got 27. The problem was that the system was just simply forgotten about. No one was checking VQ tickets later in the day and the queue was getting longer that was blocking people from getting to other quests. There were people in front of me that had no VQ tickets but still got to meet Nick Castle. When it was my turn, I was't asked to show my ticket.
