This event is looking fantastic. Aspen you going? If so we meeting for a pint? And anyone else who wants to. Any chance we can get Doms misses to come along too?? I would have to say this is currently the best show SM have done. They have big names and masses of variety and thats without the Star Wars guests. But, i am in a dilema Do i go for the Star Wars guests and get them to sign my poster/s? or Do i forget the star wars guests and go for the mainstream ones like Bill Nighy, Michael Bien, Heroes guests ect I can't get all of them? Two main cast of Heroes (hopefully) Two guests from Lost, one of which is main, MAIN cast ! A main cast member from the LOTR Trilogy The rarest of the Trek captains (if not Trek guests full-stop) Major X Men cast (ok same person, but take my point) An oscar winner !! The main baddie from the most recent Bond movie BILL NIGHY !!! Michael Biehn, an absolute LEGEND of the genre Two more mega-rare Trek cast A Futurama voice artist A Soap Legend A reunion of one of the most iconic British movies ever - made when Mrs Madge was in nappies ! The obvious raft of SW first-times Hell, even the Potter guests are fresh meat !! You are taking pedantic to the nth degree - last years appearance in Vegas was Bakula's first fan Convention appearance in ten years. In recent years, Patrick Stewart has appeared for the now defunct Slanted Fedora in the US, appeared twice in the past two years for another US promoter (US and UK shows) as well as appearing at a long-running UK sci-fi convention in 2005. No matter how you define "rarest", nosfer2 is spot on in his statement that Bakula is the rarest of Star Trek guests. Considering his autograph ticket was £85 at last years event, it would be fair to assume that we won;t be seeing Bakula over here any time soon. However, you never know....
