Last one: Sunday First was Martin Sheen and oh my goodness I can only echo what others have said and that's he was so wonderful in engaging with everyone, asking for everybody's name and shaking their hand. I thanked him after our photo was taken and his response was "thank *you* Kim" which just to me showed that he was genuinely listening to what people were saying to him and taking it in, just, yeah, what an experience getting to meet such a legend who was kind and warm and seemed to enjoy meeting us all <3 Robert Patrick was just so at ease with meeting everyone, very friendly, he was recognising folks he'd met earlier in the weekend and just seemed to go the extra mile to make it a great experience for everyone :) And last photo, Brendan Fraser He was... The whole weekend he seemed repeatedly taken aback and tremendously touched that we were all wanting to meet him I honestly get very emotional thinking about his autos, talk, and photo ops because he truly is such a beautiful person inside and out. He shook my hand before the photo and I have a habit of calling men Sir so his response to my "hello sir" was a smile and "call me Brendan, please" :). When I thanked him after the pic he gave me another very touched smile and said You're Welcome with such warmth I genuinely left getting teary-eyed All amazing experiences, thank you Showmasters I am forever grateful to you <3

I loved loved loved meeting Val Kilmer <3 I wasn't sure what to expect (I say that with no negativity) but he was really wonderful and as said above, was conveying himself very well in his mannerisms and gestures. The two folks with him in the auto area were really friendly and chatty (the lady had the same name as me so we were joking about that and the gentleman sat next to him really liked the Willow print I was having signed, which Val indicated he also liked). There were smiles and eye contact and I came away from that on cloud 9. For photographs he put his arm around me and I asked if it was okay to put my hand on his shoulder which he indicated was okay, he then held my arm with his other hand to bring me in for a lil hug which was AMAZING. After I said to him Thank you so much, and he said Thank you back and perhaps it doesn't sound much but to me was huge. Wonderful all round

What a man. We almost missed his shoot as we totally forgot about it. We were walking past the oval office prop when we remembered about it and it had 15 mind left. Obviously because of Lynz' wheelchair we (or rather I) had to leg it all the way to the photo area (A I think). We had diamonds so no problem. Got there with 10 mins to spare, ushered in through the exit due to the throng of people waiting for the next shoot. They halted the queue to let Lynz get out of her chair onto her crutches for her shoots (which she always does) and Martin got up off his stool to guide her to the area, talking to her all the time. He then did the same to get her back in the chair, even picking up her coat that had fallen in the floor and her water flask just before she sat on it. Then had a chat to me as I got mine (much to the annoyance of photographer and his helper) but I didn't want to be rude. He was asking me things not the other way rohnd. Later I went to get his autograph alone and if you read my previous post in another thread he was may late mother's favourite actor and WW her top show. He remembered me and asked why my "wife" wasn't there and checked she was OK and that I hadn't just abandoned her. my Mum and I were never closer than when we talked about WE and she had a small ceramic tile with Bartlett for America on it which as I explained all this to him I broke down. Again. Nothing but love from him. Gave me a tissue and held my arm saying nice things about a lady he never knew. I have done literally hundreds of the guest interactions over the years but I have never ever been so emotionally connected to a guest. I cannot thanks this man enough for pretty much giving me closure over my Mother's death. My God I'm away again typing this. Thank you Martin with all my heart.

Saturday The Aimee Garcia and Tom Ellis photo ops started at the same time but since Aimee's was slightly shorter I went to hers first. She was LOVELY!! Really friendly chatting with everyone, so very warm in saying hello etc, I asked if I could have a hug for our pic which she was like Of course! and I got a lovely squishy one Tom Ellis looked like he was having a lot of fun at his photo session, very comfortable doing poses, very open and friendly, he's just wonderful. Asked for a hug, he was happy to do so :) Next up was Val Kilmer but I've already posted that pic (wonderful wonderful photo op I will never be over getting a hug from him ) so onto Bob Gales photo op. He was really friendly and recognised me from earlier that day :) Lastly, David Naughton. He was totally up for doing various werewolf poses for folks' photo ops, so when I asked him for a boring hug photo I think he was surprised! he immediately put his arms around me and I didn't realise he'd pulled a face during the pic and I love it! Cracks me up everytime I look at it

I'll divide the photo posts by days cause there's a fair few... Friday First photo of the day was with Michael Shanks, he proper squished his face against mine and it was glorious Next was Gemma Whelan who was lovely and down to earth. After the photo I thanked her and at first she was like You're Welcome but then laughed joking "You all keep thanking me but all I'm doing is standing here, I'm actually not doing anything" And last for Friday, actual goddess Gina Torres. She was super friendly with everyone and just all-round awesome. There was a technical problem which meant a group of us had to go back and have a second photo taken (oh the hardship! ) but it all felt relaxed and easy going and was a lot of fun :)

Its comic con week yahhhhhhhhh bring on Friday Personally I cant wait seeing a lot of negativity around this event this time I dont know if people over the last few years have become a little more self entitled especialy when it comes to the guest aspect of it, at the end of the day if you dont agree with something either dont come or look at the some of the amazing things this con has to offer. I can see some great improvements this year and some fab stuff going heres some positive aspects of the show: * Showmasters app yah something to sort out my chaotic weekend loving it step in the right direction what a great way to sort out talks, panels and photo shoot slots and get them in to an order fab * Stalls who doesnt love coming home with all those goodies thast you cant buy anywhere else *fudge and cupcake man seriously these people are the holy grail of sweet and sugary goodness go forth my friends and visit them *Comic con family because even if you go solo or go with friends your always gonna meet new exciting people that have the same interests as you all under one roof, always come home making new friends best part about it *The guests - top notch variety under one roof theres something for everyone each year has a different line up, where else can you get Val kilmer and Brendan Frasier in the same room like dam, The likes of Tom felton and Ian smoulderholder wow im in hot men heven lol * All under one roof theres no running around or chaos because everything is on one level when it comes to autos and photos and all clearly signed, then when your done pop down to the other level for stalls and gaming *YALC something I have never visted before but will be given a go if you have teenagers who like to read what a great way to meet some talented authors and pick up some great reads. * Free talks and panels - this year more than others I can see a whooping load of free talks and panels with some top notch guests answering your questions for those who may not be able to get all there autos who are budgeting this is a great way to get to see the guests and get some answers to some of the great things they have done and of course a sit down Theres stuff that I have forgetten and overlooked but this show is all about people who like all the same stuff as you do and getting to meet new people first and formost yah

For those who didn't go to John Barrowman's brilliant talk - funniest thing I have seen in a long time. He was also wearing a fabulous outfit (unfortunately I was not quick enough to get the inside of his jacket when he showed it). A TARDIS suit. And just look at that...…………………………………………………………. sparkly shoe. Stop it - I know what you're thinking.... what shoe?

I got an 8x10 signed by Matthew Lillard and one by Billy Dee Williams. However this is by far my favourite autograph from any con.

The standing caused one of the worst comments I ever heard since I started going to conventions. A woman behind me in the queue for Robert Carlyle's photoshoot started complaining why attendees in wheelchairs were getting priority cause they were already sitting all day. I am aware I should have at the very least asked her if she had lost her mind, but for the first time in quite a while I had been at a loss for words. Maybe should have channeled my inner bear and just clawed her eyes out.

Here is list of all the people I met and my experience with them. I was an absolutely fantastic weekend full of memories. Charlie Sheen- When I got to meet Charlie Sheen I told him that it was an absolute honor to meet him, and that he is my all time favorite actor. He smiled and thanked me as he was signed my picture. I asked him if he had heard about Top Gun Maverick coming out next year, which he had. I then asked him if he would ever do another Hot Shots movie to parody the new Top Gun film. He told me that now would be the perfect time to do it. I was quite star struck when meeting him that as I was leaving I forgot to shake his hand, so he put his hand out and waited for me to shake his hand whilst smiling. Val Kilmer- Val Kilmer was absolutely fantastic and gave me one of the best guest experiences I have ever had. When I went to get his autograph, I had all my diamond passes round my neck. He spotted Charlie Sheen's diamond pass and he grabbed it. I thought he was looking for his so I told him that his was here somewhere. He pulled my Charlie Sheen diamond pass towards him which pulled me across the table so I was face to face with him. He then picked up a sharpie and drew devil horns and a tail on my Charlie Sheen diamond pass. Everyone was laughing even the security who was with him. After that he then signed my Batman picture before giving me a thumbs up when I aid he was great as Batman. Robert Carlyle- Me and my Auntie got his autograph. My Auntie was buying her's for my uncle. She wanted to get a Rumpelstiltskin one signed but my Uncle wanted him sticking his two fingers up in Trainspotting. My Auntie told Robert that she didn't want this picture of him on her wall and wanted one of him as Rumpelstiltskin. He was laughing when she was telling him this. Also when I told him that Rumpelstiltskin was my favorite character of his, he agreed and said it was his favorite character to play. Shook our hands and thanked us for coming. Tom Ellis- Absolutely brilliant and up for anything. During my photo op I bright some devil horns for us both to wear. I asked him if he would wear them and he said "absolutely" and put them on. He forgot to give them back at first before realizing they were still on his head. When I got my autograph with him I asked him if it would be possible for him to write on it "from one horny devil to another". He laughed and said he would absolutely do that. Ian McDiarmid- I had VQ ticket 201. And when they called VQ 175 they let me join the line at about 4:20pm. I brought 2 autographs (one for me and one for my uncle) and got to meet him and get them signed at about 5:10pm. I didn't think I would get to get his autograph with such a high VQ ticket (which I collected at about 9:20am) but was so lucky that I managed to in the end. He was so nice and shook my hand and thanked me for coming. William Shatner- William Shatner was the biggest surprise for me as I had heard bad things about him doing singings in the past. When I got there there was one person in his line a he was about to go for lunch. They allowed me to go in and then closed the line. I was struggling to pick which picture I wanted and in the end the woman told me if I didn't pick now he would be going. I picked a Star trek one and then ran to his table as he was laughing and saying "come on" to me. I got there and apologized for taking my time, and he told me not to worry about it. He wrote my name on the picture and then asked what were the pictures I was choosing from as he was trying to figure what his most popular picture was. I told him it was between him in Star Trek and him in Boston Legal. He then asked me why I picked the Star Trek one. I told him because Captain Kirk is such an iconic character and role for him. He smiled and shook my hand and thanked me for coming.

Friday Ops: Grinning like a Cheshire Cat. The reason being Leslie had just whispered something rude involving my kilt that I can't repeat on a family forum Looking rather disappointed that Robert hasn't said anything rude to me 5 year old me doing cartwheels at this one which is why I haven't fixed my damn scruffy hair. Ruined my pic. I'm taking a personal stylist next year

J Isaacs was so incredibly sweet and down to earth. Very humble and easy to talk to! We bonded over both being left handed and he was all smiles the entire time I saw him- whenever I was in a queue nearby I'd glance over and notice he was still every bit as lively and engaging with every single person who came to meet him. He's a childhood hero of mine so it was amazing to meet him. Ian Somerhalder, well, I wish he hadn't been as busy as he was, but that's hardly his fault and I didn't expect him to be easy to get to. I missed out on getting his autograph which is a shame, but I got my photoshoot with him yesterday and what a lovely man he is. Considering he must have been rushed off his feet and barely had a second to himself all weekend, he seemed to be making sure that every person who came through felt valued and appreciated. Everyone was greeted with a smile, a term of endearment, a handshake or a hug, rather than it just being a mindless factory line. When I had my photo done he squeezed me real hard so I ended up looking a little overwhelmed, and then I asked if it was okay to have a proper quick hug which he was more than happy to give me. He used to be a huge crush of mine a few years ago; alas my Vampire Diaries phase came and went fairly quickly and he's no longer really the apple of my eye, but for old times sake I'm so glad I got to meet him and that he made a rushed and hectic experience as pleasant as he possibly could have done. I don't know how I'd have kept calm in his shoes. Emilie de Ravin was very very sweet! Similar to Vampire Diaries, my Once Upon a Time obsession lasted a good long while but ended a few years ago, so I almost didn't go for any of the OUAT lot especially given the prices. But again, for old times sake, I knew I'd regret not meeting one of them and Emilie was the most affordable and easiest to queue for. My time with her was very brief but she was all smiles and looked absolutely beautiful! Matthew Lillard I almost didn't meet. As a child the live action Scooby Doo film was one I'd watch 50 times a week and drive my mum mad with, and even now I can quote the movie by heart! So in a way he's another big hero from my childhood. I also loved him as Stu in Scream, but Scooby is where it's at for me. I realised I actually really wanted to meet him when I walked past and saw his queue wasn't that long and I got a surge of childish excitement. When it got to my turn I made some small talk with him about the weekend, and then briefly gushed about how he's my favourite Shaggy and that he was a big part of my childhood. And then the highlight of the weekend; he treated me to a "zoinks!" in his Shaggy voice. My inner 8 year old was in tears! Kane Hodder was one I only met because my friend wanted to but didn't want to go alone. He'd drawn a watercolor picture of Jason and gave it to Kane at his table, which he genuinely loved- sometimes it's obvious when a guest is just being polite about a gift but he was getting his handlers to look at it and everything. He said he'd put the art in his office and urged my friend to pursue his talent, and gave him a free autograph. My friend came away in literal tears. I also got a handshake and a photo with him, lovely guy! My dad went to meet William Shatner and Vladimir Furdik. Can't say too much about Shatner on account of he was very quick about signing my dad's autograph, but my dad seemed thrilled enough. Vladimir had a chat with him about his favourite Game of Thrones scenes and his role in Skyfall. I got to sneakily meet them both since I was with my dad so I can't complain! Kerry Ingram instantly remembered me from Milton Keynes 6 years ago, when I was in full Elsa cosplay! She was very lovely just as before, I'm a little sad that she never seemed to have a queue on the go. Another one I'm surprised had no queue was Jessica Henwick. And Finn Jones for that matter. I said hello to both of them and they were so lovely, but every time I walked by them they had literally nobody waiting at all. Finn especially had been insanely busy in previous years so I was quite shocked. Alfie Allen, Christina Ricci and Tom Felton I can't really say much about. I only had photoshoots with them and while they were perfectly pleasant, there was barely much interaction besides greeting, photo, and goodbye. Very glad to have met them all the same!
