Other than Friday, the other days you could realistically start at 9am depending on your group number.
You won't be constantly busy the whole weekend. There will be times where you don't have much to do. But basically it should be signings & photos in the mornings, and talks in afternoons.

Yes, you'll have numbered tickets, and then the 'groups' are usually 30 people in each. This way it's easier to manage the queues etc.
