The registration letters for then have been sent out, so she should have received something .. post can be slow sometimes though. Best to email info@collectormania.com with details to double check But if it doesn't come, things can be printed and taken with ID to get in, so it's not the end of the world. There's still time. I got a reply today saying that she hasn't had any sent back due to them being undeliverable so thinks mine's stuck in the post somewhere. it may be the same with yours. I noticed the post saying if i bring a confirmation email and I.D, i will be fine but seeing as i bought my ticket at ET2, i didn't receive confirmation. If you paid with a card bring the card statement showing that the money came out. If you don't have that because you paid cash, bring your ID (picture ID would be very important then) and explain to the lovely ladies at registration that you lost your letter. It will take a little longer to get you registered then, but you will get in. I suggest you do this in a more quiet moment though and not in the initial rush for registration.
