Good Oh, and it was my dad who was paying the tickets...he had his name as the name in the account since it was his credit card as well...I'll be the one using the ticket though...gah now i'm worried all over again everything went so quickly!! Don't worry. Leave it a couple of days to let Jola get over the main rush. There is not issue th etickets will be booked. You just need to email Jola at info@collectormania.com and let her know your order number and that it's you that's coming and not your dad. she will then change the name on the order. kegan5 Posted July 7, 2009 Share Posted July 7, 2009 I'm pretty sure this is asked for every event, but how soon after booking a ticket is payment taken for the ticket (on average) I know it's a manual process, but just wondered if there was a rough idea since I've moved funds into my account for a few events I booked yesterday and am a little apprehensive incase the money gets swallowed by my bills before the payment is taken... if I knew it would be at least 2 weeks before they're taken I'd move the money into a savings account and then move it into the account used to book tickets when payment is due to be taken. ...Waffling yes... I do, however, plan to process some today, but not a great deal - and I should be caught up with the processing of all the orders within the next week or so.
