bebo18 Posted July 1, 2009 Share Posted July 1, 2009 Here are some ideas from me as I can't make LFACC, so will be coming to this; Fairuza Balk and Matthew Lillard would be great- they've both done conventions in the US and would be pretty realistic guests. Anyone from Lost, Maggie Grace would be awesome because she cancelled last time round. Seth Rogan and Jonah Hill- they are beginning to have quite a cult following, they'd make really cool guests, and I think they'd really 'get' the whole convention thing. Jared Leto. Guests that i'd love to see but are probably impossible would be: Harrison Ford, Wes Craven, Jeff Goldblum, Angelina Jolie, Christopher Lee and ANY James Bond (other than Lazenby). Kevin Williamson (writer of the Scream movies, The Faculty, etc) would be very good, as he is currently writing the next Scream movie, i'm not too sure about the demand he would have though, guest-wise, but horror 'stars' do seem to be quite popular. Quite a few of the bigger names from Carry On have passed away in the last year, not least Jack Douglas, Dilys Laye and Peter Rogers. Still, I would love to see some of the stars together. There are so many to choose from. Here are some favourites that I think would prove very popular: Jim Dale Barbara Windsor Lance Percival Liz Fraser Terence Longdon Anita Harris Patrick Mower Windsor Davies and Elke Sommer, would be really good. So many of the main actors are sadly no longer with us, but as the list above shows many stars who featured in the films are still with us, but may not be in the near future, so it would a fitting tribute to try and bring them together for maybe one last time. I would also add some of the behind the scenes crew , such as Alan Hume who was the Director of Photography on 16 Carry On Movies, but also three James Bond movies and Return of the Jedi in a fabulous career.
