The payment should be taken shortly after you place the online order, as soon as someone (presumably Yvie) gets a moment to process it.

Okay, I usually check here everyday, so if it's not too much to ask would it be possible to whoever is going to be taking the payments to give us a few days notice in advance? As I have cash saved up and need to put it in the bank? :)

You would be better off contacting them directly if you have any money issues. There's no regular updates on here as to when each order is done.
