Not the best week to announce it though as a lot of your possible attendees are making their way around the country on the Barrowman Another Side Tour and are away from their computers.
Still nice to see a 3 day Torchwood event and Naoko is so lovely - I've met her 3 times now and she's just adorable.

As Showmasters clearly have a good working relationship with the Park Inn in Northampton due to running previous events there, I'd say they're better off sticking with familiar locations than trying a different one for each con - plus that's a lot more effort.
Anyway, Cardiff doesn't need a Torchwood con - you can just go along and see filming for free

Not only because having her in the same room as Naoko would make me giddy, but she's such an excellent, yet underrated actress!

And since when have babies ever arrived on time? Mine was born 12 days late!!! So there ya go - come anyway and if baby does happen to arrive as schedule it won't be the first time it's happened at an event LOL.

Really can't believe that Cardiff has been overlooked again.
How great would it have been to hold the event in the Millenium Centre, right above the main setting.
Come on SM, if we can't get this one in Wales then what chance do we have for any other events?

I don't particularly think it'd make the event any better if it was in Cardiff to be honest. It's not like we got Lockdown in Hawaii

I'd probably of done 4 of their events this year had they been in London - I'm in Devon. But Northampton by Train involves a trip to London and then out again.
Cardiff from Devon is easy
