It was about virtual reality and it was aired in 1995 I think. Unfortunately it was cancelled after first season. The cast was excellent ! - First of all, Lori Singer as Sydney Bloom : it's been ages since we heard about Lori, so I think it would be really nice to meet her and know what she is doing by now - Micheal Easton played Duncan, the friend of Sidney - Will Patton played the first contact of Sidney - Anthony Head was Oliver Simpson. He played in VR5 before in BTVS - The father and mother of Sydney were played by david Mc Callum and Louise Fletcher. - Sydney's sister was played by Tracey Needham (who played on JAG after ?? Rates were rather low resulting in the cancellation of the show. But it was good, maybe it came too early on TV. It was too "novative" (not sure if this word exists ) at that time. Now it's really a golden age for TV series in the States ! Anyway, I made some researches and could not find anything about Lori between 1997 and 2004 ! Apparently she stopped her work as an actress ??? Well, I still hope she can make it to this event ! And for those who don't know VR5, she was also in the movie Footloose, in the serie Fame, in Altman's movie Short Cuts and so on ...
