  6. Was lucky enough to attend a gig + signing with one of my favourite musicians. I've wanted to meet Aurora for years, and she was so lovely. She said I'm the first person to ever ask her to sign a Frozen 2 item, she loved it and actually thanked me for being the first, so that was incredible. Got a signed cd and vinyl of her new album, and my Frozen 2 steelbook. CD Vinyl

  8. The King's Man was a very exciting action drama. It certainly contained enough historic and action scenes to satisfy fans of both genres. A great performance from Gemma Arterton too.

  9. If she's just doing one day, I am 99% behind buying a DP, because you're going to struggle otherwise imo. I can see why she was down for this event not summer because the Spring was struggling a bit for higher profile peeps.

  10. Same. If you are trying for her on VQ all you can really do is get there as early as possible to get as low a VQ number as possible and hope you get through, but it's always an issue with a rare/first time headliner, especially if they are only doing a day. Alternatively if you want to just ensure you meet her, photo's are an option as barring problems and as long as you are at the shoot, you will get your photo. If you can you can always use the send in service for an auto, it means you don't get to get it in person, but you'll get it.

  28. Typically the Spring/Winter set ups are pretty much the same as Summer, just smaller, so entry points will be different as they don't book all the halls. November I think, because I have a vague memory of people talking about it, they had a table set up inside somewhere where Access passes could be collected. But I'm not sure where the collection point for Diamonds was (or it was the other way around, and they did Access at the entry door, but you had to go to a desk inside for the Diamonds). November was different to usual though as they had a problem with the venue on their normal set up days and could only be there to set up on the Friday, not the Thursday as usual so they couldn't offer early collection of passes as they didn't have time. There aren't any issues with set up this time, and as it's only a 2 day event, they should be setting up as normal on the Friday, and will hopefully be able to offer early collection of Gold/DP's as usual. However all I can say at this point is that until they post what the entry and collection procedures will be, it's all assumption and we can't give you firm answers.

  34. Seeing as we have none other than Brian Cox aka Logan Roy, it would be amazing to see if we could get any other Succession cast members? Alan Ruck I think does cons regularly but Matthew MacFayden is based in UK! Any of the main family would be superb

  35. The Matrix Ressurections was good but didn't do enough to warrant a fourth movie. I like the Matrix but not to the extent some do but this did little to improve my opinion. Not enough Christina Ricci either.

  36. Don't Look Up. Mildly amusing in places, but I found it over all depressing. An impressive cast list and an interesting take on what would happen with a world ending disaster with Trump's America, it's a long, but reasonably watchable film. If you do watch it, it has mid/post credit scenes,

  39. Spencer was a very well done movie about Princess Diana (the last 15 minutes certainly reminded me why she was my favourite royal). It was certainly not easy to watch at times but had a perfect performance from Kristen Stewart. I really hope this proves to any critics it's time to take her seriously as an actress.

  40. I've watched a number of Clint Eastwood films for the first time this year. Better late than never I suppose. So far I've downed the Dollars trilogy (Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good The Bad & The Ugly), Dirty Harry, and Coogan's Bluff. Interesting to see what was basically the blueprint for a lot of cinematic tropes today. I also finally got around to watching Halloween. I'm a fake horror fan, I know. I watched the 70s one and the 2018 one. Also watched Us, which left me shook and confused. All in all a good week for movies.
