Of course the Terminator shoot will be refunded too. But at the moment they are still busy with processing the Linda refunds.

Will we get email confirmation of refund? The card I paid on I don't get statement for few weeks and prefer official confirmation of refund ( never had one before from u guys etc )

Normally you don't receive an e-mailed confirmation of a refund.

Im still waiting for my linda refund, fair enough I know its busy etc etc, but what im more concerned about is my card was charged so no problem there, but with only 1 week to go ive still not had any of my order through! If no-ones in when/if it arrives before the event, it'll get taken off to the post office causing further delay. Could get interesting!

Can I request one? I know I unable to verify before the event and would like to have some sort of comfirmation so can sort out at event if needed - and not to sound against anybody doing their job I just have heard many issues in past with refunds etc and money to tight to drag it out etc

Please stop posting in multiple topics. It's not going to help and I'm afraid none of us here are doing the refunds.

as we have said we are dealing with many orders that have to go out , the refund are being prosed by the same people and as such we are working over the weekend to get all the orders out to everyone at the same time this weekend we will go through any unfinished business that has not been taken care of before now like any refunds that are outstanding , so we are on this and it is in hand we really do not need more reminder emails as that will only slow us down .

 

so thank you for understanding and we will have everything refunded in the next few days ok :smile:
