Hi i returned home to find one of my bags was missing . It is a white plastic bag for life with some signed comics in . I last had it about 3pm photo area D then I had many clashes and had to rush about for the next 2hours and I don’t know it I didn’t pick it up or if it fell out of my other bag as I though I had put them together to carry less. I have tweeted and a friend asked the info desk to see if anything was handed in . But if anyone knows anything please let me know .

Can we get confirmation of refund before the event - as would like to use that money for alternate photo shoot? Or is there a way we can swap so we not have to be charge validation fee again as that wouldn't be fair charged double if the money still going to yourselves and validation is for your costs etc

Why isn't there just a postage cost added at the end like before? We know it's not a postage cost but surely that makes more sense then charge a lot extra? Cause it's a huge price hike if buy in bulk - and is there any extra benefit to the consumer? Is there any official reason other then we found that people couldn't understand before how to validate so we lunch everyone by charging more?

What are the showmasters terms for replying to an official complaint? How long do we wait for responses? Will all emails etc be replied to? Not want this thread deleted as it is something we should all know so we can have estimations of service. So please don't all use this for any complaints or attacks etc. Just want the facts.

The comic gold pass was not worth the paper it printed on - highly missold ,highly disappointed a lot of people with service complaints and a lot of angry emails are being prepared. I'm too tired to go into it all now but I am shocked by how the comic gold were treated compared to regular gold. Goody bag was laughable gold - pack of autos about £100 comic gold cheap trade and 3 comics = £15. If had known that the meet and great would not happen ( from an almost 1 min per 15 people only) to a q and A to all the other exclusives etc being able to be brought for less money. If had brought normal gold the same time I would still have gotten stan lee auto exactly the same and had bonus goodies and talks . Going to shut up as getting angry again.

Guillermo Ortego sketches are amazing he def worth getting and his prices are usually really reasonable he is on fb not sure if he has taken a list already this year he usually easy to get from. Adi granov list is already full I believe, Chad Hardin list is open and can preorder a spot on the limited edition comix website, mike Perkins mike mayhew have been doing pre com coins but don't think taken list for event itself yet, think most costs are ranging from £30 -£120 for cheaper options - scary how much the increase each year. I really want mike McKone but not heard back about charges yet. The best guy to get yourself drawn as superhero etc is Liam's Shalloo he does it a lot, or Andy lanning once did me as wolverine

I have emailed in regards to refund - the account used for payment is closed and if it's refunded there I won't have easy access to it so would rather swap photo tickets or discuss paying in a different way- what are the time scales for email replys?

Alan Davies is usually £20 for head shot and is a queue and wait he not take a list at start like some artists , I think mike Perkins is about £30 but can't remember what he said for definite - always check thier Facebook pages etc that's where they put up a lot of their info Hope it helps
