coro
Last year a bus operated between the train station and the stadium, will the same thing occur this year?
Charmer
I can't speak for SM but they've had one every time it's been held at the Stadium MK, so I don't see why is should be any different this year. Unless we hear otherwise I'd assume it'll be like normal. I think a timetable usually comes out a week or two before.

maegurwen
I think its at least a 5 minute bus ride..maybe a little longer? At least it always feels like five minutes when ive been on there xD
bonniesrg
That actually answers all the questions I had about first bus pick-up etc, now I can book my train tickets and shoots when I get home. Appreciate the detail gone into the map and schedule greatly, thanks.
Queen_Sindel
How long is the journey between the train station and the stadium? I'd say around 7 minutes or so. T here's another stop near the shopping center, so it depends a bit on how many people are getting in there.

TerraHawk
I think its at least a 5 minute bus ride..maybe a little longer? At least it always feels like five minutes when ive been on there xD Whereas it seemed like ages to me, the one time I took advantage of it. Mind you I HAD been waiting ages for the bus in the first place. Charlbury station is closer than MK Central. I walked it each day the first time I went there. rocket7772003
The event is Sat-Mon, however the bus listings are Fri-Sun (the last event), can this be clarified? I'm travelling up & back from London each day, & back home Mon afternoon!
xxmeg
I swear somebody said it takes 30 minutes! So, it definitely doesn't take very long? Phew.
Moderators DavidB Posted May 16, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 16, 2013 I certainly wouldn't expect it to take 5 mins. Depends how many are getting on, bad traffic etc. Always best to estimate longer, then if it gets there quicker.. yay :)
xxmeg
Right. Okay. Well when I need to get back to the station, I'm leaving an hour before my train leaves I think.
Moderators DavidB Posted May 16, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 16, 2013 No harm in making sure you've got plenty of time. Infinite things can go wrong with public transport >_<
