The theatre is part of Casitas Culture aimed at turning Atwater Village's Casitas Ave into a culture hub: an intimate and cooperative community of creative people. Between its warehouses and townhouses, its parking lots and courtyards, space abounds on Casitas Ave. The goal is to animate these spaces, to fill them with action and play and invention, and to open up channels of exchange that will ensure the community's growth. It can be very tricky getting indoors shots right, even with the lighting. There's different triggers for migraines. Could be even the strong lighting makes her feel worse. So exchange one camera flash against 2 extra minutes until there's a good shot taken... that may not be worth it. Even with my camera knowledge (though admittedly I dont think it was a dslr used at the time) this is the posed photo I ended up with, without flash, and still heavily edited Im just including the thumbnail here, but this should give you an idea. Not a DSLR going by the EXIF but even so a colour cast is usually fairly easy to remove. I can't recall ever having a problem at Manchester. Oh and wait your turn - you've met her, I haven't Oh yeah forgot to check if it actually had any EXIF data on it..the methods I use to process images these days usually strips all that so I dont think to check it. That was my umm..rubbish..3mp camera I had years ago, that explains why it couldnt cope then! But anyway, still cant get the colour sorted Can get to go white instead of yellow, but thats about it!
