I'm somewhere between extremely disappointed and mildly devastated that Steven Strait has had to cancel his appearance. He is soooo good on The Expanse. (He is so handsome too - but that would never be my sole motivation to meet a guest!) Hope that Showmasters will invite him back for another show .

If there are any Film Premieres in London or any Cult screenings (Star Wars Film, The Room) or any TV Actors or Film Actors appearing in plays then at the start or end of these things is where you need to be with your flyers. I'd love to meet Robin Tunney too! Her work in Prison Break and The Mentalist was/is great. I like that she is so naturally beautiful she does not have to do serious roles but has actively chosen these two roles where she is a strong, positive role model for young women.

Just a pleadful beg to get Zeljko Ivanek to a convention in the UK. He is an amazing actor, and he has been in so many things, making each role memorable, stealing scenes with the force of his awesomeness. He was great in Oz, which the cast uniformly was, and yet he had some stand out scenes. Won an Emmy for Damages. Rocked Heroes. Now is back on TV in the UK in The Event. He has done conventions in the US. I would love him to come to a London convention. He did part of his actorly training in London and I do know he has travelled here of his own accord to see our world class theatre. Please please please

I'd love to see Mr. Dawkins or any other popular scientist/popular science author at a convention. Given that a lot of these conventions have some sci-fi element it isn't so impossible to have these people there signing books and giving a talk etc. Sorry to interrupt the above conversation, I just think have science authors at a Showmasters events would be neat!

I would love to meet Alan Rickman. I understand why he might be reluctant to do a convention, but so many of Britain's finest stage and film actors do conventions, like John Hurt, Christopher Lee and Patrick Stewart. I definitely rank Mr. Rickman among Britain's finest living actors. I think it would be great for him to do a convention, especially to meet younger fans who may be interested in meeting "Professor Snape" and finding out more about the actor to appreciate the rest of his rich body of film, TV and theater work. I am sure as an actor there is nothing more satisfying than inspiring an interest and appreciation of the acting art form in the young.

Daniel Faraday is one of my favourite LOST characters! I'd love it if Showmasters could get Jeremy Davies for an event, he seems SO interesting and has been a total asset to all of the projects he's worked on over the years!
