  1. Not myself. Had to google who she was. Not a TWD fan. Now, if it is a female guest you want, how about Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs from the excellent comedy 2 Broke Girls?
  2. Are there any particular ones you are thinking of? Or, do they just have to be female?
  3. Will there be room for the dinosaurs? Or, will they be on a spaceship?

    Dredd 3D

The nearest one to me is Cardiff and I am not spending petrol money to go see a film that I can wait a bit longer for. The stupid thing is, they would make so much more money from having both showing all over. Especially major cities like Bristol. Madeness. I hope it changes after September 21st when it opens Stateside,

Not seen it as cannot see 3D with my glasses prescription - my eyes don't react well to 3D glasses. I am hoping that the 2D version that has been advertised hits UK screens once the US release on the 21st. I have heard good things about the film.
  6. That is standard for any guest at any event. If someone is super busy then they will cut down on personalisations and photos at the signing tables so as many fans can see them for an autograph as possible. I always say to people to think of how you would feel if everyone in front of you has a personalisation, and then they ran out of time for autographs before they got to you? There is only so much time in the day for signings etc. Someone asked if Mike would be personalising , I wanted to know too , so I contacted somone and asked -I was only trying to help -sorry if that was wrong ! Not at all dude. My answer quoted yours but was directed generally as this gets asked so many times. Some people listen, but invariably a portion decide to think about themselves. That is why I tried to point out how it can impact everyone if someone is a good signer by doing as much as is asked for (personalisations etc), but ends up being super busy. Having helped out at events many many years ago in my home town, I know the frustration of getting everyone seen by the guest. Also, as a fan, I see the frustrations of missing out on a personalisation or even meeting the guest.
  7. He would bring in old school wrestling fans, but the new generation of fans not so much. 5 years ago I would say most definitely, but his health and perosnal issues have put him into the shadows a bit. With his resurgance on TNA Impact, I would say give it a year to build his profile up to bring in the younger fans of wrestling. Also, Terry is renowned in the States as charging an awful lot to have appear. Even more so since his ex-Wife Linda rinsed him at the divorce.
  8. I do not think you will get a definitive answer now, or at all. Showmasters have said that they work on things up to the day of the event, but they have other people to consult for this event.
  9. So, can we say "Take me to your dealer?"

As I am sure you will be aware, the SM/ME crew have many events through the year and negotiate for guests for all the events. Some contracts come back quickly. Some do not. Jason & Co have always stated that they try for guests right up to the last. Take into account that they are hitting Pilot and new series season. So guests may not know until closer the time whether they are available or not. You have a great line up at the moment, but SM/ME always try hard for the events.
  11. Dude, you can't mention non Showmasters/Massive Events shows. You need to edit the name out before the Mods do.
  12. As I have posted above, this is the first thing I hear about it. I can confirm no e-mail has gone out over the mailing list. I have asked that the person who got this e-mail forwards it to me so I can check on it, but unfortunately that hasn't happened. Peeps need to read what Queenie has said. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Thank you Simon. All I can do is try. Unfortunately Queenie, there are many times in life where people fail to see the forest for the trees. All it takes is one post to stir a pot. No disrespect to you or Too Tall, but I think even Jason/Mark would be ignored if they said that no e-mail had been sent out.

  15. Tim Russ is a top bloke. I met him several years ago. He is genuinely happy to meet his fans.
  16. Why should the ones not listed be last to have a chance if it is an extra photoshoot? Don't they have as much right on a first come first serve basis? What if some people in your list couldn't buy until pay day, but standard tickets etc can pay now? Why should they be delayed? For all of the previous conventions under the Gold downwards ticketing system, anything extra has been ona first come first serve basis.
  17. This is what a lot of people seem to be forgetting or ignoring or not knowing. Jason has posted previously that everything has to be decided with the other organisers of this event.
