  1. Peter Parker - Spider-Man 75 - Night of the Goblin - I.E: The one which ended the controversial clone saga, Saw the loss of Peter and MJ's daughter and most importantly sealed Norman Osborn's place as one of the greatest most twisted villains of all time.
  2. Lovely girl, brilliant attitude aswell. Shame we couldn't see her on Friday or Saturday but looking forward to it all the same.
  3. I've got an awesome X-Men Vs Avengers comic (Vol 9) if anyone wants to get that signed. I was having trouble deciding what I wanted signed and ultimately decided on The Night of The Goblin the one comic that marked the end of one of the most rediculous arcs of all time as well as the reintroduction of Spider-Man's ultimate evil nemesis, norman osborne.
  4. There is a drop down menu which is saying what cards are accepted. Is Halifax EasyCash some special kind of Visa/Mastercard? Sorry, I've seen Halifax cash machines before, but I am not familiar with the details of their services. Bless you Queen Sindel. Halifax EasyCash are Visa Electron card but some Payment Processors only recognise it as a simple Cash Card. I'm not sure Showmasters is one of them but I'm just using it as an example. Hope you have a good one.
  5. A Paypal account doesn't actually sound like a bad idea. I'm just wondering if it'd be worth listing the cards that don't work because I know some Payment Services don't use cards like say Halifax EasyCash.
  6. Hey guys I was watching Doctor Who last week catching up on the episodes of the Matt Smith era and something caught my eye (Feel free to insert a "Blink" joke here) and that was one of the most iconic monsters of Moffat's writing "The Weeping Angels". We've never actually had anyone like that as a guest before so I thought I'd look up the name of the one who brings them to life. So I was just wondering if anyone would like to meet her in the Flesh (No pun intended). http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4663679/ She's the one who played Angel Bob & The Angel in the TV Screen in Flesh and Stone & The Time of Angels. She was also the one responsible for sending Rory & Amy back in time in "The Angels Take Manhattan" & to top it off she also played the Time Zombie in Journey to the Heart of the Tardis. She's also set to appear in the Feature Amityville Asylum which sounds pretty awesome. So what does everyone think?
  7. For the record. This is my favourite question ever! Are you asking what the name of the label mate?
  8. Well said. Same deal with the Jenna queue aswell. The Queue was handled really well and I managed to get sorted through very quickly.
  9. If we're talking like US-Canada territory then I'd probably say NYC or Ontario as they've got a huge audience and some really nice people too. If we're talking Europe then I'm gonna say Germany (Frankfurt) because not only is it a beautiful place but also has some great places to stay. If we're talking Asia I suppose I'd be looking at Tokyo. If we're talking Australia my vote is for Perth.
  10. In Boots I believe their Kodak Instant Print machines has the option of a glossy cover. However, that may only apply to selected stores.
  11. Hayden was a pro. She was really polite and went through the queue's like a "Hot knife through butter" (assuming that is the correct metaphor).
  12. lol I'm betting £20 on the guest being David Dechovny and £200 on a server crash due to the immense number of people to find out whether I'm right or not.
  13. Actually Magic The Gathering is the second most popular the first is Yu-Gi-Oh! as shown by the sales, the remakes and the number of requests for Little Kuriboh (Martin Billany) to turn up at LFCC.
  14. lol you don't waste any time do you Jason. Looking forward to it already.
  15. E-Mail the office and ask. They'll forward your e-mail to the person handling the photo distribution. I am not sure who is doing it this time and I don't want to give out wrong info. It doesn't matter if you were crew or not. But please wait a couple of days, the e-mail backlog after the show will be enormous. Thanks Petra. I'll leave it for a few days and check then.
  16. Question guys. What happens if I have my photograph taken in a Shoot but forget to collect it at the Photo Collection Area? The reason I ask is because my Crew Colours weren't visible in the Photo shoot so I'm not sure which set it will be in? Also how can I collect it?
  17. I actually liked the Venue as with it being one massive circle it was pretty hard to get lost my only real issue with it was the Weather but that's not really something you can control. The Guests didn't seem to let the cold get them down and were great throughout.
  18. After a rather vexing trip to the venue in which it rained I finally arrived. I was assigned as Cash Assistant to Brandan Routh who was absolutely wonderful throughout and gave me a warm welcome when he arrived. That point onwards I managed to meet some interesting fans who made the day that bit more fun. At Midday I went to my Photoshoot with Karen Gillan who was as bright and beautiful as ever before returning to my station and continued cash duties for the rest of the shift (with the exception of one or two toilet breaks). At one point a Dalek collecting contributions for charity (yes you heard me right) came in then turned to the person leading it and said "Can we go and meet Karen Gillan?". I saw alot of awesome costumes and downright funky outfits among the crowds which were all very well done. However due to the fact that I went into the Photoshoot wearing my Red plaid shirt (Completely obscuring my Crew Badge and T-Shirt) I forgot to collect the picture so I'll have to get that at some point. Later on I went to the Party where Jason and Sean were playing a coconut drop game before I tried and won a coconut. He later ended up toasting his coconut with mine after which I really wanted to buy him a beer. The Crew: All of them were awesome. It was nice to meet Andrew, Karen and some others properly and meet some new friends in the process. They did incredibly well in dealing with the cold weather and provided top quality help wherever they could also gotta thank TooTall for pointing me in the right direction. The Guests: Were absolutely brilliant. Brandon was incredibly friendly and polite to everyone and didn't once drop the ball on time or effectiveness. Karen was extrodinary managing to personalise all of her autographs this time around and get through them at wonderful pace while being polite at the same time. Caitlin Blackwood was an absolute angel throughout managing to get through alot of autographs and a photo shoot before lunch. Christina Chong was very friendly too. Sean Austin was an absolute sport especially at the party he was lively. I got the impression Callum Blue was a little like myself not knowing quite where to put himself and trying to blend in (possibly being a little shy) I genuinely wanted to say hello but was too shy.
  19. Awesome. Nice and Straight forward layout meaning it should be easy to get where you want to be without getting lost.
  20. You can take the Central Line to Shepherds Bush and either go 100 meters to the overground station to take the 1 stop to Olympia (It stops right outside the venue). Other options include taking the Piccidilliy line to Hammersmith Broadway/West Kensington then changing for a 28/391 bus (Or walking 10-15 minites to the stop). Or you could all stay around my home and I could show you to the venue seeings how I intend on walking there and having breakfast on the way. Assuming Subways/Mcdonalds opens early.
