The current processing time for e-mail is around the 6 to 7 days mark. They will get back to you as soon as they can. It's now been 13 days or 9 working days since I requested my refund and still nothing. I was hoping to use the money on another ticket but at this rate it seems I may be going to the con with a ticket that's still valid which I don't want... The e-mail backlog is just insane cause too many people have no patience at all. God L'Eponge Posted July 16, 2015 Share Posted July 16, 2015 Sadly, Kurt Angle suffered from severe complications from his recent neck surgery as he was about to take off for LFCC, and was rushed to the hospital.
