Very friendly guest had a lot of time for the people meeting her 😀

How about the main stars from American TV shows such as The Invaders, Charlie's Angels, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Incredible Hulk, The A Team and Knight Rider.

Interesting on the wording. Massive gets me thinking it might be a big name wrestler which would be great. If not I am hoping yet again for it to be one of the main cast from Buffy or Charmed.

Some very good points / suggestions been made on here. Interesting that Showmasters announcement today emphasised on the word 'massive'. Could this mean a big name wrestler? Here's hoping!

Agreed I prefer the posed photos at the table as it's more natural and a good memory to have of the guest when getting their autograph.

Loving a lot of suggestions on your lists. It would be the best convention ever for me. Don't know how I would be able to afford them all though!

While at Collectormania on Saturday I noticed that a lot of guests have got 'No Posed Photo' which I found disappointing. I think it would be a good idea to allow posed photos with guests when paying for a autograph for a small extra charge. This would be great for people who don't want to pay for a professional photo shoot.

I think it would be great if Showmasters organised a Wrestling Convention. It could be arranged round the same time that WWE do their UK tour so we could have some current stars and hall of famers. WWE stars already do signing events at shops when they come over so I reckon it coul be done. Wrestling is still popular so I am sure it would be a success.

I would have been embarrassed and mortified if that happened to me. some people have mentioned some of the sports guests where just there for business and not as kind as the film/tv guests. Shame really as the public want to have a good experience meeting the sports guests as well as the tv/film guests. I hate sport but eather how, it's not nice. :-(OMG if that happend to me I would have complained to one of the staff, that's no way to treat a fan, at the end the day when someone pays for an autograph it up to them what they do with it. Has anyone got any experiences with the Dudley boys, devon was not very chatty, after sigining my photo he just turned away and kept talking to the staff next to him Oh good lord. If any guest did that to me I would probably cry. That's awful. That's really bad thing to say to someone whether he was only joking or not. I don't get my photos personalised but have thankfully never had that sort of response from a guest. And no I don't stick them on eBay lol it's just my own personal choice. If I had been shown up like that I would have felt like giving him the photo back and demanding my money back!

I didn't notice the tents at first and nearly missed them. I agree with other posts. I was put off from buying anything from in the tents area as it was not very nice conditions in there.

Full of praise from me for the bus service. Very well run and friendly driver. Cannot comment on previous times as this was my first Collectormania.

John Barnes was funny. While I was waiting in the queue he noticed a lady going past and he tried to chat her up!

Same for me with Gazza. He barely looked up to see who he has signing for and I was quickly rushed through. He wasn't personalising photos either. Which isn't a problem for me because I prefer it without but it would have been nice to have been asked! Still glad I got to see him though.

Depends on the individual, as always. Trevor Brooking, Alan Devonshire and Billy Bonds were very chatty with me and I really enjoyed meeting them. I did meet one other player who was much less so though! Yeah I enjoy meeting both types as well. I found it very rushed when meeting Gazza. He barely looked up to see who he was signing for. He was I think the busiest guest on Saturday so I guess they were ensuring as many people got to see him as possible. Glad I met him just wish I had gotten to speak to him.

Probably was Christopher Daniels. I don't think there were any Amercian sports guests apart from the wrestlers and they do tend to be friendly. Unless they are in character as their bad guy image on the TV!

Yeah the event was lacking in the media guests department. Luckily for me though I like my football and wrestling!

I am travelling by train from Birmingham on the Saturday. Hoping to be there about 08:30am. Only got four guests of interest to meet so far so going by last year I should have plenty of time.

Still not very much. Yes there are some big name headline guests but none that appeal to me. Hoping once Collectormania (which I enjoyed today) is out of the way can look forward to lot's more guest announcements.

My first Collectormania and really enjoyed it! Got autographs from everyone I was planning on meeting - Gazza, John Barnes, Peter Beardsley, Velvet Sky and The Dudley Boyz. I did though find it a strange layout. It was very squashed round areas especially of the more popular guests. This though is my only complaint of a very enjoyable day. Oh and a special mention about the free bus service. Despite people's previous experiences I thought It was very well run and the driver pleasant.

Gazza has got a new Blu-Ray out on 15th June. It would be great if he could have some with him early to sign!

Wish I had met Sharni when I had the chance last year. Heard nothing but good things about her and Wendy Glenn. Hopefully Showmasters can get them back for another event!
