I hae checked my account and have been charged £20.00. Surely it should be the same price for everybody and should at least display the correct amount on the ticket? Queen_Sindel Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 The 15 pounds price (I didn't see it personally, going by what has been posted here) was an error that has now been caught. Those orders placed before the error had been caught were honored at the old price. It does look like the tickets were printed before that error was caught and this is why they are showing the old price. My apologies for that. In the rush to get all tickets out timely they may have made the decision to use the old printed tickets to ensure everyone gets their tickets on time.
