I would like to see guests that haven't been before or not for a while. The main uk SG1 show has far too many repeat guests. Whilst they may say they are catering to the fans who want xxxx back again because they where so good at the last show, it gets irritating paying to see the same 5 people again just because you really want the one new guest.

 

Anyway.....

 

I'd like JR, Jay Acovone, Tom Mcbeath and of course Ben Browder and Claudia Black.

Yeah RDA rarely does cons so while a lot of people would love to request him it's unlikely he'd ever do one so people don't tend to ask as much anymore...

I would prefer to see people from the first 7 years or so of SG1 come to Chevron-7. So many people going to Collectormania events are interested in "the current big-thing" and concentrate on the latest craze (LOTR, Lost, Heroes etc), so I think people are voting for the current SG1 characters partly because of this. And also because they are well known for other genre shows. I personally would prefer to meet the characters/actors who helped the show run for so long. Added to this the fact that it's a Stargate convention and primary objective should be to be to concentrate on those shows. If Ben Browder & Claudia Black are popular because of their other show, maybe it would be an idea to give that show a convention of it's own?
