Patrick McGoohan from The Prisoner & Dangerman. Joanna Lumley. David McCullum. Roger Moore. Edward Woodward. Christopher Lee. Richard E. Grant. And, just to prove that I am partly hip and almost up to date, anybody from Farscape (but ideally Claudia Black, Ben Browder, Anthony Simcoe, Wayne Pygram or Lani Tupu). Both are totally gorgeous, and after Kristanna's appearance at C4, I think we need some star babes! I would like to get Patrick Stewart's signature on my Trek poster, but he's a git and hates all of us, not to mention Star Trek. So he won't ever come. Same goes for Brent Spiner. You could also try to get Denise Crosby and Wil Wheaton. I've not met them. Also, any X-Men guests would be good.
