If I was to go to Collectormania again, it would only be if it was free. The autographs, accommodation, food and other extras are expensive enough without having an entry fee as well. Free entry together with shopping opportunities has always been the attraction of this event over the others. And I like the crowds - it adds atmosphere

I don't think it should be advertised as happening if it isn't going to go ahead. That's just rubbish. Hardly good customer service is it?!

I have Shah Rukh Khan's autograph for under £10 (had to pay for the item he signed). Believe me, this is a bargain!

It's extremely rare for Showmasters to respond to their emails. The "contact us" details are virtually useless. Perhaps try phoning them?

I think there's already another thread saying pretty much the same thing. A guest lineup is never going to please everyone and at the moment I tend to agree with you but plenty of time yet. :)

I haven't heard anything about a date yet either but would presumably be on the Saturday night (that's what I'm basing my plans around anyway).

I've never even seen Resident Evil but had a look at a few pics. Do you mean that "dress" which is long and red (only most of it is missing so it's really just black hotpants and a skimpy top)?! Micheal Winslow and it was hilarious I agree it could be fun at the party. If you're not interested then it's a good time for you to go to the bar whilst a large majority of the attendees are at the other end of the hall by the stage. And the band could be another good time to go to the bar........my goodness I may spend all night drinking at the bar at this rate!

I think this would be better for a talk rather than at the party! Well, if they did a talk together it would be perfect as it only lasts about 15mins. It was such a kick seeing them 'in character'. Maybe Ethan could do some of his stand up at the party and Bob could give us some of his Trek parody songs. May not be to eveyone's taste which is why I think anything like that would be better restricted to a performance during a talk where people who are actually interested can see it and it won't be boring for the rest of the attendees. I don't think I'd want to see something like that at the party. Just my personal opinion.
