This is the problem... someone at the event in a queue has to post on the forum because there's no support there to answer the question. I'd say go to the front and ask but I wouldn't want you to lose your place if they tell you "tough". Maybe ask the person in front or behind you if they'd keep your space in case you get told to go away?

What you will learn over time is what one volunteer tells you another won't say that same. So if one told you the ticket would be ok to get your photoshoot sadly you should expect the the person managing the photoshoot will say something different. This is where radios or headsets for ALL volunteers and staff should be used. Communication, communication, communication...

People's reactions are understandable, but to remove entire threads out of view of members is shocking SM.

Although she was unwell she ended up stopping her lunch and coming back to sign a load of autos for people that were in her queue before going back to lunch. I don't know what happened, maybe a mix up in communication most likely, but she came back, she didn't have to especially if she wasn't feeling well and she spoke back if you spoke first. Definitely a very nice guest to meet.

Yep definitely. In the Jenna queue SM staff were asking other SM staff to go and find out what was happening.... a simple question over a radio would have resolved that.

The London one's aren't normally that manic. I wouldn't let it put you off London altogether.

It's got nothing to do with things changing at the event. You come to this section of the forum and on the very first page there's like 3 or 4 threads all about the early bird queues and VT queues. Post in them, stop creating new threads about the same thing!

Don't people read forums these days or are we all going to create individual topics on the same things over and over again!!!

I thought this is what we British are mean't to do? Queue. I enjoyed my day. The only frustrating bit was people looking round the stalls, but what can you expect with that number of people. All in all had a great day.

I know it's disappointing, but I have one thing to say about what you said... "We can't work out why they can't get at least one more person in." if everyone said that then when would it end? If they cut the line at 100 and then let #101 in why can't 102 go in?

I got there before 8am, joined the queue and got in pretty quick. It was well sign posted which queue was which...

Whether it's true or not just remember people that he's 91 years old! Show him some respect. It was a rammed venue, very hot and smelly. You have any idea how that would affect you when you're nearly a century old?

Sounds like that may have been mistaken queue? Did you actually speak to them and tell them where to go? Or did you leave it and then laugh at their expense on the forum?

And it's also important to remember that the fans fly in from all over the world, can also be tired and jet lagged, and pay money to meet these guests and deserve at least a smile..... don't forget it goes both ways. I'm sure Billy is a nice enough person, but based on my one meet with him it was negative, I have nothing else to compare it to.
