Thanks, I was thinking that might be the case. I only decided this morning that I wanted to get a photo so timing wasn't great.

I have just made a stupid mistake when buying a photo ticket for jeri ryan. (literally within the last few minutes). I am attending on the Saturday but bought a ticket for the Sunday photo by mistake. I have filled in the contact organiser section, however it says a response within 4 days. My questions are: does anyone know how quickly do the team normally reply? Would they be able to change this? If I don't get a reply before the event should I go to the organiser booth on the day?

I know on the pictures stall yesterday they had a few Stand by me pictures for Wil wheaton, and for Greg Grunberg they had Star Wars and heros as well. I didn't see any non star trek for Christopher Lloyd. I'm glad I took a printed out picture for Wil and a picture for Christopher I purchased at a past convention.

Now i normally swing by this site every few days for any new updates (don't normally go to the website or social media for the information) So to my surprise i'm seeing people say there has been cancellation, and new guest announcements even though Showmasters haven't said anything officially about it. Just wondering why information seems to be going out on social media, emails and the website, what seems to have been several days before going on the forums, which always used to be the first port of call for the latest news for the shows. Makes me wonder if the forum is being left to die a slow death.

Thanks, for letting me know where it was. The one i had didn't have a list of numbers or blanks spaces it just. Luckily Didn't have any one question it. Was really helpful, made it a lot easier for photo shoots and autographs. would have thanked you sooner, but didn't want to get filled with more dread with forum posts on Saturday so avoided the forum. Sunday was shattered when i got back from hectic day. (Ah thats cool, not far at all)

Glad to hear everything went ok, I'm going tomorrow and have an email and getting the help voucher as well. Was getting slightly worried about actually going.

I went to Collectormania, and tbh there was nothing there for disabled people. (I recently was in hospital and now require walking sticks and can not walk for very long, before getting alot of pain or needing to sit down) The response from MK Dons staff was to constantly to move people from the little bit of sitting. first person who told me to move couldn't care less and said to go a sit somewhere else the second person let me stay only because i pointed out the sticks. Now Admittedly i didn't contact showmasters before, so that was my bad. I haven't emailed Showmasters about Comic Con but i was directed to Olympia's website and they actually do Wheelchair hire, and i just booked one for the Sunday, they said its free of charge. My intention is to use in combination of walking so. I know sitting is very difficult to come by at events usually only at the food areas so this might be one of a few limited options.

My Early Entry tickets for Saturday still hasn't arrived, and im getting rather concerned now.

Now i use eventbrite for work, so i know they charge a small fee per booking, which can either be charged to the customer or the business, but i think its a bit harsh to still charge us the same as the recorded delivery cost and to say we have to print them off and bring them with us when we attend. I can understand paying that fee if we want a ticket sent out to us, but if im going to keep on my phone, (since i am not going to print it out), then im a bit miffed to pay the recorded delivery cost for someone to type in the exact same information into eventbrite as they currently do on to the website. when you could put it as 50p booking fee, because i assume people like myself end up booking tickets several times, for guests as they announce and to charge £2.50 a pop for an email, is a rip off. Or are you starting a points system? book so many times get a free ticket? Although on this new system now you wouldn't need to have the ticket desk, so at least the people who man that desk can be put on "queue control" (thinking back to lfcc last year). . . Can we atleast assume anyone getting the new digital tickets from the ticket desk will also be charged a booking fee since this is clearly going away for a physical ticket which you send us? Oh and another thought will this mean Collectormania MK will actually become free again,(sorry but charging for the first few hours does not make it a free event) since you wont need to pay for the paper, ink or postage for the tickets anymore

So far Ian was the only guest i wanted to see. as others have said hopefully have more guests soon. Please get Ian to another event again, i cant attend Winter Con. so wont get to meet him.
