  1. Get the whole Spaced crew along (especially the legend that is Mark Heap) Simon and Nick were great on Sunday and I really hope SM can get them back soon. Very fan friendly guests.
  2. Kate Jackson was charming. I had a good chat with her and she posed for a photo. Here's hoping SM can get some more "Angels" for future shows.
  3. I'd agree it was a fantastic line up. Burt Reynolds tips it ahead of Collectormania 4 for me. So far...........
  4. What a great guest. The man is a legend, but was so friendly and polite. It was a tremendous pleasure to meet him and I came away feeling ten feet tall. I enjoyed his talk and loved his anecdotes. One of the best guests SM have ever delivered. Thank you.
  5. I am pleased to say I was there for the talk and was in no way disappointed. It was tremendous. Please get the guys back again soon. A Spaced re-union would be excellent, and if you can't manage that any chance of the great Mark Heap?
  6. I met him and although he didn't say much he was friendly and polite. He signed my photo and as I thanked him for his time he took it back and added "Thank you, God bless" Which was nice.
  7. A very enjoyable day, well organised and a great guest list. Thanks to all involved and to all those guests who made the day so special. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost were fantastic. Their talk was great fun and meeting each of them was an absolute pleasure. On Sunday Nick Frost even remembered me from the previous day and for a boring accountant that is a rare feat! Burt Reynolds was an absolute star - and meeting him was the highpoint of Saturday for me. Even Mrs SDog was impressed and that is no mean achievement (even if she was too scared to meet Craig Parker). Roll on March!
  8. I agree. I had a great time and look forward to another tiring day tomorrow. Many thanks to SM for organising another cracking event. And Burt Reynolds is still sooooooooooo cool.
  9. I must be getting old. I've heard of Burt Reynolds AND civil servants.
  10. I totally agree. I really hope there will be a photo from Tombstone, he was great in that. Another top guest, thanks SM
  11. Either or both of these would be absolutely loveley. If not for LFACC2 then maybe at an event soon?
  12. Terrific guest. Top drawer, out of the blue, slap me round the face with a wet herring mega-guest. Damn fine work SM. Thanks sooooooooooo much. (Disappears to dark room still vibrating with excitement)
  13. I met him at C4 and he was an absolute gent. Would be great to see him back at an SM event soon.
  14. Top guest. Even Mrs SDog was impressed and that's no mean achievement. Thanks SM.
  15. Got to be Alan Rickman for me. Beating David Thewlis into second and Shirley Henderson (Moaning Myrtle) into third.
  16. I've net Dirk Benedict before so it was no surprise to methat he was such a hit, but it was great that Dwight turned out to be such a terrific guest too. A big thumbs up from me!
  17. This guy is exactly the kind of guest I like to see at SM events - he's been in loads of great films, and is always good value. Definately one of the best character actors around at the moment.
  18. I'm with you, people. Gets my vote.
  19. Mr T? - yes. Avid? - in the name of God no!
  20. Great suggestion. Count me in!
