SM give as much notice as possible, so if it's a case of Matt Smith announced the day before, or no Matt Smith at all I bet I can guess which option you'd take. In my case it would be the later. Whilst I have maybe 5 (more) things I'd like signed by him I wouldn't have them on me. I might be able to buy one of them again at the show - but those other 4 would annoy me until his next show. I can't be that annoyed if a guest is never attending in the first place. Fair enough, then I change my bet to which option the majority would pick.
