He is specially known for his artwork with the Beano and Dandy where he has drawn their most famous characters including Desperate Dan, The Bash Street Kids and Dennis the Menace. He is currently working on new characters and will bring some sneak previews along and some of his original artwork for Korky the Cat, Dennis, Dan and Bash Street.

Henry has written, drawn and created characters with the American company Marvel Comics.

A new cartoon strip drawn by Henry that may be of particular interest to visitors is FRED AND GINGER

Great announcement - I was always a massive fan of Beano and Dandy.

With the artists; can you pay for them to create a quick sketch or is it a signing only. As i've never paid to meet an artist at an event before, i'm not sure on protocol. Any help appreciated!

In the past all artists have been happy to take orders for sketches.

The sketches I've seen were quite elaborate though and were priced between 15 and 25 pounds from what I remember, depending on size and if they were black and white respectively colour.

The order lists did fill up pretty quick, and the artists can only do limited numbers of sketches at the show. So I'd head to artist alley pretty soon Saturday morning if you can.

Great guest- I met Henry at LFCC last year enjoyed chatting with him. As for art he was doing sketches, mostly of Beano and Dandy characters for £5-£10 I believe, was really nice to see how he works and got a Bananaman/Plug sketch out of it too :)

To be honest, all of these questions are ones that can only be answered by the artists themselves. It's up to them what they're willing to do, rather than Showmasters.

The prices and availability of certain things will be stated at the event itself. If there's something slightly different you want then you can ask them directly.

Met him last year and he did a Dennis sketch for me! :)

Thats my point, will he just do Dennis, Gnasher etc sketches or will he create me into a character?

My apologises my comment wasn't in reply to yours, it was just a general comment on the guest. Sorry.
