Hotel problems!

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've been looking for 3 days for hotel for Comiccon this year.

So I have got nothing.

I'd really really appreciate it if you could help?

This is really important and it's hard to please my mum.

It has to be;

  • Under £150 a night
  • Available for 6-7th July
  • It has to have a double/twin room available
  • 3* or more.

I'm so sorry my mum is so picky.

But if you could help, that would be amazing.

Im afraid to say, this close to the weekend its going to be a case of pick anywhere thats available, or your not going to find anywhere to stay, simple as.

As people have said, you've left it far too late to look for hotels now, even if there wasnt a show in earls court, being london, most places will have filled up long ago.

What's the distance your mom will tolerate then? At the going rate yeah, Heathrow may be an option as recommended above. But that's a lot of commuting time.

I do not recommend this lighthearted - but you may be better off simply not using one of the tickets then. Staying over will cost a fortune.

Just had a quick look on the marriott website. There is one at heathrow for 84 a night. I have stayed there before and its nice. Also great for plane spotting.

Marriott beds are really comfortable. I do likey staying in marriotts when I can.

Nothing wrong with premier inns I stay in them all the time! Very comfy beds and the staff are always friendly I've stayed in most of the London ones and I can happily say the earls court one is one of the best I think.

We wouldn't mind staying in one, but they're all booked up.

Too far away. We live in Dorset, so we're going to get a train there. Sorry :P
