Didnt go to the Midlands Collectormania so will be nice to go this time. There will be at least 2 of us in Stormtrooper armour and our Vader will also be there, will post info if any more members are going.

For those that dont know Dirk was at the Shewsbury v Gillingham match in the directors box with Gills chairman Paul Scally. He was there because his one of his sons is having a trial at the Gills. Sadly Gillingham lost 7-0 boohoo.

If only it was possible for him to attend the guy is a great bloke, what he and Ewan have done to show the real world is really good. I loved meeting him the one time I did. Perhaps it would be good to get one of the bikes on show some time. Cameraman Claudio told me he bought his BMW from LWR so can I can always contact him and ask???

Hollow Ichi would be cool. Renji is also awesome but you'd have the wig issue. I have so many possibles for c14 now its ridiculous. There's Obi, Ani, Ichi, The Doctor, Edward, Cedric, Mulder, Grimes, Ianto..... Might just come as Charley Boorman. Take it your be Charley by any means... I'll be Russ then lol.

Hi just wondered what Star Wars costume you will be wearing to C14, I'll be in my Stormtrooper again. Sean.

I saw The Clone Wars at the Odeon Chathamm on the 16th, the cinema was about 1/4 full. Luckily I didnt have to pay to see it as I was helping promote the film with the costume group. It was definetly a kids film but I thought the animation was brill and loved some of the fight scenes but it just doesnt match live action.

Thanks people looks like I might have to wear it up there again then, at least that means I can enjoy all of the attention at train stations again.

Just wondered if anyone knows if theres anywhere I can store a suitcase at Collectormania 14. At C13 I wore my Stormtrooper armour all the way from Kent to Milton Keynes done the event and wore it all the way back which meant I was it from 5am-10pm its just way to long to stay in it. Thanks Showmasters for allowing us to have a stand to promote our group, we had loads of interest on both days and our 4 Stormtroopers and Vader loved taking part in the record attempt. Been lucky to have seen my 4 fav bands 1 Metallica 2 Queen, Sadly without Freddie. 3 Delirious, seen them 3 times. 4 Megadeth 5 Republica, saw them when they supported Bryan Adams and they blew me away. I've seen loads of small bands and even used to play in a Metal band called Trident. Sean.

Thats right, dont just expect the line you want to be working especially at the weekend. Work out more than 1 route by tube and if you cant just use a bus, theres always somebody on hand to help when a tube line is closed.

We have different members attending on both days. For the Saturday we have: 1x Stormtrooper 1x Jedi Knight Darth Vader Darth Maul Jango Fett For the Sunday we have: Darth Vader 4x Stormtrooper Anakin Skywalker? We also hope that Showmasters will be kind enough to allow us space to promote our group and where anyone can find out more about us. George Lucas has said that he wont make a third trilogy so I think the only way it could happen is when he leaves for the force in the stars then it would be down to who ever he leaves the rights to. If the tv series is a hit will there then be a need for Star Wars in the cinema? What does everybody think about the up and coming Clones Wars anime film for the cinema?

I cant wait for the Sunday with lets hope loads and loads of people in Star Wars costume. There will be a few Star Wars groups attending including mine. We will be recruiting on both days if anybody is interested in joining us, were more relaxed than other groups about the standard of costumes which gives more people the chance to join a Star Wars costuming group. The Empire Costume Group will be about both days with different members for both days. On the Sunday at the moment we have Darth Vader and 4 Stormtroopers.
