  1. yummy i have never seen smallville, but remember the dukes of hazzard VERY well
  2. when C7 was on i wasn't too good with crowds etc either, had been off work with health problems and i was so bad i couldn't even stand in a small queue to do my shopping without getting panic attacks and vertigo attacks, but i braved it because no amount of ill health was goiing to stop me meeting James Marsters, that was what i focused on and i had no problems at all,it was a milestone for me and actually helps me if i have any similar problems,i just think to myself "well i got through the crowds at C7,i CAN do this" i now also have a new job, working in a SHOP so my advice is focus on someone you want to meet or something you want to do,and take someone with you for support,i took my sister in law sorry for babbling,i just wanted to share my experience..lol
  3. the gorgeous Alexis Cruz please and RDA,oh and Amanda Tapping, hubbys got to look at something while i'm drooling over Alexis
  4. i would transform into the groovy car/robot thingy from the citroen advert
  5. nope, definately not the only one would love to meet him too
  6. oooooh cool i loved Tara in Buffy and i just got the boxed set so i can get it signed...yayyy
  7. coooooooool, everyone i know who has met him say he is a lovely guy,i can't wait
  8. were you standing near me in the James Marsters queue????..LOL...this is a good thread and answers all questions very well
  9. this thread is hilarious..lol...i don't really have an embaressing moment but when i got to finally say something to james marsters i became fluent in gibberish, and my knees were knocking so bad i swear you could hear them..lol
  10. my uncle met her,she posed for a photo for him and he said she was really nice, though he didn't have a clue who she was..lol
  11. i think there were both good and bad crew at C7,the guy who went down the line and explained what was going to happen once the door opened was great, the lady i spoke to in the queue for JM was lovely, she saw my camera in my hand and politely told me no photos were allowed also chatted about my item for signing, the guy at the front of the queue holding us back from the table was polite and chatty, the lady who took my item for signing was nice and pleasant, the guy who took the money wasn't consentrating and forgot to take my sis in laws so she got it for free..lucky moo..lol.wasn't so impressed with the guy taking tickets out of his back pocket and giving them to people and letting them straight in,also not too impressed with the crew that were supposed to be guiding us to the queue when we first got in but had no clue where to guide us to,but for the most part i found the crew i saw quite polite, chatty and even funny some of them
  12. i bought 2 baseball caps yesterday (they were buy 1 get 1 free ) 1 buffy one and 1 that says vampires suck..lol..today i bought another baseball cap (i collect them ) with bite me written on it half price today a t-shirt also with bite me on it and a spike sweatshirt both of those were half price too i got James Marsters CD and i got my ASH and James autos, ooh and a smart frame to put my auto in with signed my james marsters at collecotmania 7 and the dates on it whew,i spent too much ..lol
  13. it had calmed down a lot from yesterday!! when we were waiting for our numbers to be ready (360+) they were handing out VTs at 570,yesterday after the doors opened we went to the tiolet then joined the queue and got tickets 1111+ lol we were home in bicester by 1pm today, yeterday we were there till about 4.15 and still missed out,i have to add that i was chatting to a lovely crew lady when we were queing for our autos, she was asking about my Duncan Gutteridge print i was taking to be signed definately a much better day to go today definately worth going back for
  14. my uncle saw him too,but i missed him..lol.i wonder how many other famous people go to meet other stars
  15. i have to say that my day was much better today than yesterday, much better organised,i finally got to meet James and what a lovely guy!!! very friendly and had a little chat with my sister in law who was behind me in the queue a couple of bad points though,we were told when we were in the queue that when the doors opened at 10am we would all be escorted round to where we got the tickets, but when they opened them and we got into the building there was no one to show us where to go,my hubby asked a crew member where we had to go next and she didn't have a clue!! after a bit of panic we found where to go and got our tickets, but a few people had sneaked in front of us by then...later on when it was close to our number we went and sat by the pre-signed photo table to wait our turn, someone walked up to the guy handing out tickets and he took some tickets out of his back pocket and handed them to them and let them straight in!!! my hubby said he did this quite a few times while we were getting our autographs done i really hope he didn't do this yesterday when so many people missed out anyway, all in all a much better day than yesterday and i finally got to meet my hero
  16. my main complaint is also the james marsters problem,i waited all day only to be dissappointed i did meet ASH though, who was really nice, and has a gorgeous smile
  17. i was very dissapointed,i had ticket number 1111,waited all day to meet him only to find him gone at 4pm,why give out that many tickets if he wasn't staying long enough???? i agree with Mondasant63,the 200+ people who missed out through no fault of their own should be able to use their tickets tomorrow,i was there before the doors opened,i queued as soon as i got let in for tickets that wern't supposed to be given out till 10am,what if the same thing happens tommorow,i will have spent 2 days queing for nothing
  18. not promising anything, but will see if i can get my uncle to get you one for JM and ASH,and i will try for the rest, like i said tho,no promises
  19. well, getting ready to head to MK with my sister in law and my uncle,my stomache is full of butterflies and my legs are like jelly..lol..praying i get to meet James Marsters and ASH,look out for a 35 year old with a cheeky monkey trackie on and a meatloaf baseballcap, give us a wave and say hi will also have a big camera round me neck, you can't miss it..lol see you there hopefully
  20. i'm only aiming for 1,may not sound a lot but for someone who isn't good with queues it will be an acomplishment if i get it ,if i do ok i may try for ASH too but time will tell wish me luck,i'll need it
  21. thanks,me thinks maybe some rollerskates might be an idea to get to the tickets quicker..lol then again maybe not,i want to meet James Marsters, not the head surgeon at Milton Keynes General Hospital..lol
  22. thanks much for the reply no lie in for me on sunday..lol
  23. i don't think i'd have the guts to ask him for a hug, just the though of him looking me in the eye will have me on the floor..lol
