I can also echo what others have said; just ask the guest or staff member to use your pen. Last year I asked Sigourney Weaver to use the blue pen. The year before that, I had brought my own metallic sharpie and asked guests like Michael Biehn and Casper Van Dien to sign my steelbooks. Like others have also said, you can easily get lost into the interaction that you forget your pens. I remember I had to go back to Rob Zombie to get my pen back. When I approached him, he gave me his hand out as if I wanted to go back to shake it - I was like "no, you still have my pen" haha.

Both Jamie Lee Curtis and David Arquette wouldn't be first time signers (to note: hopefully this reply can be as vague as can be without having my comments deleted ) It will be Courtney Cox. Evidence: 3 Scream actors confirmed; Showmasters likely aiming for a reunion. She has never done a con, so would be a first time signer. Cryptic opening thread - "This person is a real survivor" - she was a survivor in Scream and the sequels (The word 'survive' is even mentioned 5 times here - http://scream.wikia....wiki/Gale_Riley) Showmasters gave another cryptic clue in their Twitter tweet - "Oh great. The weather's turning bad again. Looks like a bad omen for tomorrow's guest announcement." - her character name is Gale Weathers. A few people picked up on that one. Showmasters on Twitter has stated that the guest has been guessed correctly out there "on the internet somewhere", so the probability is looking good. I'd be very surprised if it's not her. -

Yup, definitely Courtney Cox, unless they want to play games to steer us away from the actual guest -

^^^They have already attended cons^^^ On the other hand, Courtney Cox would be a first time signer and also a 'Scream' survivor (and it's sequels). The word 'survive' is mentioned 5 times here - http://scream.wikia.com/wiki/Gale_Riley I would love to see Jean-Claude Van Damme... He always survives -
Last year we were treated to a lot of horror guests, but is looking quite thin this year. With exception to Scream, how about some other realistic guests like... Bruce Campbell (if he's finished filming AvsED series 2) Mitch Pileggi (Horace Pinker from Wes Craven's Shocker, Sons of Anarchy, and many other multi genre films) Linnea Quigley (80s/90s scream queen) Thom Mathews (Return Of The Living Dead, Friday 13th part 6) Allan Trautman (legendary Tarman zombie!) Tobin Bell (SAW series) Craig Sheffer (Nightbreed and many other genre films. He hasn't been rescheduled since cancelling last time in 2012!!) Sid Haig (House 1000 Corpses, Devils Rejects..) Patricia Arquette (A Nightmare On Elm Street 3, Boyhood, True Romance..) Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare On Elm Street) Linda Blair (The Exorcist) Brad Dourif (Child's Play franchise, Alien Resurrection, LoTR, Deadwood) Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner, The Hitcher, Hobo With A Shotgun) Rick Baker (Legendary FX artist)

Ahh yes! :) Now get Kurt Russell over for a The Thing reunion (side note: I'm still bummed about Roddy Piper's passing, would have been a fantastic They Live reunion)..- 35 replies

Very underwhelming, Nearly 12,000 more dislikes on the official Youtube trailer and Sony are deleting all the top negative comments. What does that tell you?!! It looks like a chick flick with ghosts or, as Wrong Name put it, Bridesmaids with Proton Packs. They've replaced the smart witty humour of the original with stupidity.

I came on here to say the exact same thing!! Maybe they want to get more Scream guests since Neve Campbell (I know they were after Skeet Ulrich last year). Another prediction could be Thomas F Wilson, since it was hinted last year that he would attend some day (just not with the BTTF reunion) With that said, I would absolutely love to meet Guillermo Del Toro (to pair with Ron Perlman) Also Bruce Campbell, however, he may or not be in New Zealand shooting the 2nd season of Ash Vs Evil Dead. A costume/make-up opportunity with a repeated guest (like Freddy last year) would be 'exciting' too :)

BIG Guest Announcement This Friday 7pm
Graphic_Delusions replied to showmasters's topic in London Film & Comic Con 2016
An announcement this early can only suggest someone who is retired or not actively working. You wont see someone at Sigourney Weaver's level until much closer to the event. -
that's what I thought only I was in Cardiff so other way aroundLol Could be down to schedules, but more likely that Showmasters wants people to travel out to multiple shows. They did this with A Nightmare On Elm St guests; in particular with Amanada Wyss not attending LFCC even though she spoke on social media saying she was available. It's like playing Pokemon with Showmaster events; gotta catch them all!

Latest Guest Announcement - CARL WEATHERS
Graphic_Delusions replied to showmasters's topic in Film & Comic Con Cardiff 2015
Was this 'personalisation' rule only for Gloves/trunks? I was never there, but if I'm paying to get an autograph then I shouldn't be forced to have one. Got to thank the dealers for ruining it as always -
We want the digital photos ! :-)
Graphic_Delusions replied to john.bttf's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
My thoughts exactly. Ok, so saying "half of the photos" is an exaggeration. The last page on Saturday you can clearly see 2 ladies really getting cosy with him. What I did like is that MJF made extra effort with young kids. There's one with a young girl sitting on his lap :) -
My current SMS alert is 'TOASTY!' by Dan Forden from Mortal Kombat My actual alarm to wake up to each day is 'A Real Hero' from the Drive soundtrack.

With the success of LFCC, I hope it has opened the doors to more horror guests in future. I certainly saw a much more horror oriented cosplayers and fans attending this time, especially on the Sunday. Moving forward, I would really love to have Tobin bell this year but unfortunately he's appearing at another event when WLFCC is on. I still would love a Nightbreed guest list including Craig Sheffer who had to cancel last time. Bruce Campbell is hot on the list - it wouldn't surprise me if we see him being put into a Diamond package. I can only assume that his busy schedule have prevented him from attending is the past. With that said, I heard that he's over here soon promoting the Evil Dead TV series so hopefully something can be arranged for WLFCC. There are loads of cult horror 80s/90s guests I would love to see. Linnea Quigley, Thom Mathews, Jamie Lee Curtis, Tom Atkins, Linda Blair are just some examples who would be great to see.

There was definitely a stall selling them for around £110. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the store, sorry.

Very impressed with your Aliens poster. Very jealous you got the late great Stan Winston on there. How did you meet him? Also noticed that Michael Biehn's autograph looks different to what he signs now. -
Who do you regret not meeting?
Graphic_Delusions replied to Ribbleblue's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
I regretted not meeting Robert Englund before Sunday -
I had to take Monday off work, the weekend totally exhausted me and that's never happened before.... I slept about 12 hours on Sunday night, haha.

a point with the venue security.
Graphic_Delusions replied to magiclee's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
Similar inconsistencies with me also: Friday - Girl took my Friday ticket. I asked whether she can tear the small bit and I keep the large part as a souvenir but she said no. Saturday - I walked straight in without anyone paying attention. I was holding my ticket up visible for everyone to see but I was ignored by all. I still have this ticket. Sunday - The only day where it appeared to run more smoothly. The person ripped off the small part and I was given the large section of the ticket back. Also, on Saturday, when a member of crew gave my sister a weekend wristband in the queue they were about to give me one too. I'm guessing their scanning machines doesn't confirm the number of entry passes from the e-ticket, but I could have been given a free weekend pass. Of course I was honest by telling them that the e-ticket was just for my sister and that I already have my own tickets. -
