If you do this just keep it hidden in your bags, hotels which sell food or drink don't like you bringing your own food or drink on site and may kick up a fuss.

Give it a go... I've never been before but I'm willing to give it a try even with the current line up just cos Shanks is a hero! :)

Do you pay for the autograph once you get up to the guest table, or do you have to buy it in advance?

Panic over... I just called and asked for my info to confirm the booking and the reservations lady gave me my confirmation number over the phone which I have written down now. She was very helpful! I've never been to this hotel before but if the rest of the staff are as nice as her then it should be a good stay.

Did anyone get an emailed confirmation after booking by phone? I can't find anything in my inbox and as it's been so long since I booked (and I'm really unlucky!) I'm nervous I'm going to get there and they will say they have no record of me!

I must have want to the desk about 14:30 ish about my partial refund. Because I didn't want any other photos/autos they just refunded the £10 to on my card. And let me keep the ticket, that had the price changed and the pit boss autograph. So I kept my ticket number, without too much hastle. cap I'm just unlucky!

Tickets I ordered Sunday were received on Tuesday, and tickets I ordered Monday were received yesterday. I was a little worried I left it too late, so absolutely ecstatic that they arrived so quick. Brilliant service, much more than I expected - thank you!

Any idea what number will be the cutoff for photo sessions with 2 times? Someone mentioned 1-400 are likely to be in the first slot, but all my tickets are under 300 and I only bought them this week, so I can't imagine it getting much higher than 400! As this is the first time this has taken place and I don't know what time I will get there etc I am guessing if I miss the 9.30 Scott Bakula session it would be ok just to go to the 2pm one?

Very surprised how quiet it was but I know a lot of people decided not to attend due to all the cancellations. Unfortunately there were just not enough big name guests to make up for it. I love love love the fact that you have the new photo printing system installed, it made things quicker, slicker and stress free. I got home the earliest time ever today, and for once was not having the venue locked up around me while I refuse to leave until my missing photo batch turns up!! I thought Showmasters said they would never implement this system, so must have missed the announcement that they had changed their minds, but SOOOO glad they did!

Good on him! Pretty much the only reason to go tomorrow.
