How long to wait for refund voucher?

It’s been a couple of weeks since the show finished. I’m now wondering how long it’s likely to be before I get my refund voucher for the Diamond pass I purchased for Robbie Coltrane?

Any ideas?

Honestly I think the answer is 'sometime between 2 weeks ago and the future'.  I'm not meaning to be sarcastic, but the radio silence from organisers at the moment (not just SM) is frustrating.

As Royston says, it is a ' how long is a piece of string' question.

That is, if the string is unfairly and unprofessionally long.

Honestly I have my doubts there will be refunds. It's a lot of money for us so we really don't want a voucher. If Showmasters do not honour refunds who can we report to? I'm assuming the Retail Ombudsman does not cover events....

I was sent a voucher the other day, and when you enter the code, I keep being told its invalid! 

It's an absolute mess atm! Even when they "issue" your refund as a voucher, you can't use it.
