Also no address was entered when we brought the pass, how will it be posted? It was 4 or 5 weeks ago it was purchased now, I have RECIEVED the e tickets via email. When I bought tickets there was a Billing Address section where you HAD to enter an address or it wouldn't let you buy them. Was this not the case for you? I also had to enter an address when signing up for an Eventbrite account, so I've done it twice.
